Have used some of my logs and found…log delivery.
Have used some of my logs and found them to be exactly as described. Lights easily, burns well, and provides a good heat output. Delivery was speedy and delivery driver carried logs to exactly where I wanted. First class experience.

Have been purchasing Lekto products for…
Have been purchasing Lekto products for about 2 years.
Always found the ordering and delivery to be fast and efficient.
Unfortunately my most recent order was lost by Dpd.
An email to Jane at Lekto was all that was needed, she sorted Dpd and sorted a new repeat order for me. No fuss or questions.
Dpd may not be the best but the Lekto products they deliver most certainly are.

Good variety of fuels for stoves and open fires.
As always, the firewood arrived the day after I placed the order. Very neatly packed in cardboaed boxes. Very low moisture content ensuring easy lighting and burning.

Super fire logs
I bought the fire logs. They are very good and generate heat very quickly. Delivery came super-fast but I hadn't expected them. They were just left all over the front porch way. Had the boxes been lighter, someone could have taken them. This is my only complaint. Very happy with the quality of the fire logs.

Very poor delivery service this time
In the past delivery has been very good and efficient. this time the boxes were simply dumped by the front door and if it had rained the contents ruined.

Please note that the drivers will only leave in a safe place or at the customers property – they are not allowed to enter a customer’s property for H&S issues and insurance reasons.

Fast dispatch and delivery. I usually buy the logs but bought a mix of other products like fire logs/ night briquettes etc so that I can easily store them and have a supply for occasional fire if evening is chilly. Easy to get fire going.

Good quality delivery a nightmare
Logs of good quality but the delivery has been a nightmare. Still awaiting 3 if the 12 boxes. Having so-called missed deliveries when I ve been in all day has been so frustrating and inconvenient. Will be using a local company fir logs next time as I can't afford to take time off work needlessly again.

Unfortunately, split deliveries are sometimes possible, as DPD is unable to deliver everything in one go due to the weight of our products, so the delivery may be split.
