Excellent. Purchased the Wotofo Recurve v2 RDA. Price was very reasobale and my order was processed yesterday morning which arrived safely today via DPD.

The recurve is working perfectly and considering your current staff problems due to illness the service was still really quick and professional.

I ordered my items in the morning and the next morning I had them in my hands and I would recommend to use

Ordered twice now and have to say delivery exceptional and price Inc free nic with 100mls

Ordered vape juices which they sent out with courier who said we refused them have sent 2x emails to customer services with no reply
1st one was sent 11 days ago 2nd about 4 days ago 2 weeks after order and I'm still £50 out of pocket with no sign of getting the product or refund

ordered a few items on 13 october (it is now 10 nov)
sent out via RM tracked never arrived, i initially made a complaint to RM getting a reference number, but afyer 10 days because it is RM tracked the onus is on the sender as i can't make the claim as the reciever, at first they LOV were replying to emails and came across sincere with there replies, i gave them the relevent details needed to persue this.
the last response i recieved was was on the 25 of october by Amit their MD saying
'We are slightly different to this and our promise to you is that you shall receive your order even if we have to dispatch this again.

Yes, sales are important for any company however nurturing relationships and supporting those who have supported us is more important in my opinion.

Please be rest assured that we are looking into this on a daily basis,'

since then I have not recieved any replies and seem to be ignoring me now,
i have checked my spam mail just in case.
in the past i havn't had issues.
4 weeks later and nothing still.

They made an error on my delivery address and RoyalMail had to return the parcel to sender. I made a large order to allow free shipping however the company wants me to pay £4 to redeliver however I refused as it’s unfair. Upon requesting cancellation of order, they have disappeared and not responded to my emails for 2.5 weeks. Appalled.

I bought a vaporesso armour max kit from here and noticed what looked like rust on the top of the screw-in part of the mod, I contacted customer services via email on 01/11/23 and have not had a reply yet, I saw on the website that the customer service are all sick with covid so I gave them a few extra days from the stated 24 hour response time and still no reply! On the plus side the postage was very quick.

I found LOV website by chance after being let down by another company. The website is easy to use and the payment system is just as easy. Wide range of products and amazing prices. Won't be using anywhere else but LOV from now on. Can't wait for my order to arrive this week. This will be my 5th order.

Have placed 2 orders which were both great. My last order was on Wednesday 01/11/2023 which arrived the very next day. This has been a great experience with great service standards.

Got off in the wrong foot with this company so i am amending my review!!!

I placed 2 orders on the 22nd october 2023 i paid for dpd delivery 1 to 2 days.

I received 1 order but not the other,i contacted them and told them i have 1 order delivered and surely i should of had my other order the same time.

I had an email back saying they contacted DPD and my package was lost or missing and was not scanned by DPD.

They apologised for it and sent me out another order and i am more than happy with the customer service,the courier was at fault not the company 😁👍🏻.
