I previously wrote:
I had a seriously disappointing experience with a batch of OXVA pods purchased from Vaping 101. Across multiple packs, I experienced consistent and severe leakage, despite using the pods correctly and following all recommended practices.
I’m experienced with pod systems and took care to use appropriate e-liquid ratios, avoid overfilling, seal everything properly, and maintain the devices regularly. Despite these precautions, the same issue persisted across several packs, which strongly points to a product or batch defect rather than user error.
The impact went far beyond inconvenience. Because of the leaking pods, two of my devices were damaged beyond repair, resulting in a complete financial loss, in addition to the cost of the faulty pods themselves. This situation is a significant issue that should not be dismissed as normal wear and tear.
While customer support did respond, their position was to attribute the issue entirely to user error and refuse any form of resolution on the basis that pods are “consumable items". This response failed to acknowledge the scale, consistency, and financial impact of the problem.
I understand that policies are in place, but when a customer reports repeated failures that lead to device damage, we (customers) expect a more responsible and customer-focused approach. If you simply dismiss the issue, you risk undermining trust.
Based on this experience, I would advise others to be careful.

Full story below noting you purchased these "consumable products" MORE THAN 6 months ago and never reported a single problem until you start demanding compensation for 6 (SIX) PACKS OF PODS. We will never bow down to people like you.

Made a purchase of more than 6 boxes of OXVA Nexlime Pods cartridges. It was on 10/10/2025, and I just started using them.
They leaked everywhere. Any type of juice is leaking . Cost me 2 pod systems as they went not working due to excessive leakage. Any ideas?

Thanks for getting in touch. There are many things that can cause a pod to leak, such as over filling, using wrong viscosity of juice, leaving unused for long periods, not sealing the fill port properly, not angling the juice bottle away from the cotton when filling and several others.

On the odd occasion we are contacted about a leaking pod but to have 6 packs of leaking pods is absolutely unheard of. Out of the 107 reviews on the website for these pods, there is only one mention of a leak and that was out of 8 pods, so it sounds like you are doing something wrong.

As with any vape device other than disposable types, basic maintenance is essential. In the case of pod kits that would be regularly removing the pod and wiping away any condensation or juice.

Thank you for your response.
As I previously explained, this issue has persisted for approximately six months. During this period, I have used both 40/60 and 30/70 e-liquids, all of which fall within the appropriate viscosity range for pod-based systems. I am also fully familiar with the correct usage and maintenance procedures associated with such devices.
For clarity, I consistently avoid the common causes of leakage you referenced, including:
Overfilling the pod
Improper sealing of the fill port
Leaving pods unused for extended periods
Incorrect filling angles which may saturate the cotton excessively
Failure to remove condensation or residual liquid from the device
In addition, I routinely remove the pods and carefully clean both the contacts and surrounding areas as part of regular maintenance.
Accordingly, experiencing leakage across six separate packs is difficult to attribute solely to user error, particularly given the consistency and duration of the issue across multiple pods.
Furthermore, the financial implications have become considerable. The losses now exceed the cost of more than six packs of cartridges, and regrettably two devices have also sustained damage as a consequence of the persistent leakage.
Whilst I appreciate your feedback and understand that such complaints may be uncommon, I must respectfully reiterate that the devices have been used correctly and maintained with due care throughout.
At this stage, I am beginning to consider whether it may be appropriate to share my experience publicly on platforms such as Trustpilot, not out of hostility, but rather to determine whether other users may have encountered similar issues or whether there is genuinely an aspect of usage I may somehow be overlooking despite adhering to the recommended procedures.
I would sincerely appreciate any further guidance, clarification, or potential resolution you may be able to provide.

For one to have such consistent issues with multiple sets of pods indicates an issue with the end user and not the product.

Il continue using these guys for all my vape stuff (and my favorite riot cherry fizzle when its back in stock lol)

Bought 2 intell i4 chargers and only…

Bought 2 intell i4 chargers and only one worked. Contacted them but they deduct 20% of price for throwing box out and only pay £3 towards returns .. postage would cost same as item. Very poor customer service and a brand new item straight out the box not working absolutely shocking. This was a Xmas present and the boxes got thrown out with all rubbish on a busy Xmas day. Heads up to anyone ordering from here! What was a bargain turned into a farce! Thanks for your help and understand vaping101 🙄

The only issue here is your self entitlement. We welcomed you to return the faulty product for a full refund. We are VERY clear on our website conditions for returns, we state CLEARLY to keep the box as it has the serial number on it. We have to send with box and all contents to our suppliers in order to get credit.

I ordered 2 x intelligence i4 and one isn't working . I've taken photos of the 2 of them and the lights don't come on the first one in picture as you can see. I've thrown box out as didn't expect this to happen in a brand new charger . How can this be rectified please .

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue. We can get this sorted no problem, however, we will have to deduct 20% from your refund for the missing box. We are required to return any faulty goods as they are received, box and contents included, the box contains the serial number suppliers use to verify authenticity etc.

But no issues getting this refunded if faulty, if you can please complete and include the below returns form with your return -

Shaun - I would rather a replacement as this was a Xmas present from my wife if possible . To send this back will cost me a fortune as jersey post rip folk off here . It's a lesson learnt I should've bought local. I've got one which wasn't broken but had for years and still working . 

v101 - Unfortunately these are sold out and none of the Distros have had stock on these for several months now. No problem processing a refund but we need to have the charger back as we are required to return ourselves.

Shaun - So who pays for postage then cos this will cost me to send back . I can keep receipt and send it to you 

v101 - We detail on the returns form, we refund £3 postage which is what you had originally paid on the order.

Shaun - So all of a sudden I’ve bought something that doesn’t work and it’s my fault . Forget it . Not good customer service at all .. I’m not paying for something to go back I’ve not used and isn’t working straight out the box and get deducted 20% off original price paid because I don’t have a box . Lesson learnt . 

v101 - Unfortunately faults do occur but we are more than happy to resolve any issues presented to us. We are very clear on our website when it comes to faults, returns and the requirement to keep the packaging. We are no different to John Lewis, Argos or any other massive high street brand.

Shaun - What was a good deal isn’t now so I regret purchasing and won’t again . Thanks for your help and understanding. I didn’t order this from John Lewis or Argos . I’ll take the hit on this but lesson learnt

Exceptional customer service

I ordered 2 Aspire M80 vapes, but one was faulty. Their customer service (I dealt with a friendly chap called Tom) was absolutely brilliant and sorted it all out so quickly and even went to the trouble of calling me to reassure me that they had sorted it and that they had sent a new one. This company stand out miles ahead of other Vape shops. You’re totally in safe hands with these guys

Arrogant support & unreasonable warranty barriers for international customers

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vaping 101. I purchased an OXVA XLIM Pro 3 (Order #570714) which developed a permanent hardware display defect (a static red square on the OLED screen) after only 10 days of normal use.

I have full video and photographic proof showing the device is in pristine, immaculate condition with no physical damage, no scratches, and no liquid leaking. Despite this clear evidence of a manufacturing defect, the customer support team has been dismissive and unprofessional.

They are hiding behind a "return for testing" policy that is a de facto rejection of warranty for international customers. They insist I ship a lithium-battery device from mainland China back to the UK, but they only offer to reimburse shipping costs up to £13.14. In reality, international shipping for such items is far more expensive and strictly regulated. This is an unreasonable barrier that violates the spirit of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires retailers to cover the costs of replacing faulty goods.

To make matters worse, the staff mocked my attempt to communicate professionally and seek assistance, stating "AI written threats will get you nowhere." This level of arrogance and lack of respect for customers is unacceptable.

I strongly advise all buyers, especially international ones, to stay away. They are happy to take your money but will abandon you the moment their product fails.

Our policy is very clear and is the same as any UK company. If there is a fault we are more than happy to refund or replace but it is absolutely essential to return the goods to us, this is all in accordance with UK Law. We pay for return shipping, the exact same costs you paid initially on your order.

You threatened us with Trustpilot reviews being negative. We "very generously" refunded you for the device in question without having to return.

You have since demanded "free shipping" on your next order which we kindly explained to you why we couldn't do.

We have never, and will never, bow down to threats from Customers.

Exceptional speedy customer service

I made an order but there was a mistake with what I received. After e-mailing V101 to tell them, literally 5 minutes later I had received an apology and the correct items were sent out and I was given a tracking number. V101 were exceptionally kind in rectifying the issue. I have used them countless times before and this was the first mistake. I am really impressed at how they handled my issue. Exceptional customer service. Super impressive. Thank you V101👍

Ordered a device for a Xmas present, they sent the wrong colour

No apology just told me to send it back

I wasn't happy to pay postage for there mistake
And it wouldn't be returned and re posted before Xmas due to time so now they just ignore me

Appalling customer service

Had used them for years will just go elsewhere from now on

Except what you say is simply not true, is it? We absolutely apologise for the error, this is the busiest time of year and it is unfortunate we sent the wrong black to you.

But we responded to your email in the same "minute we received".

We clearly stated we pay for the return shipping and all you had to do was send a picture of the return receipt and we would dispatch your correct device immediately. Why lie?

Still haven't got it

Still have not my item. Paid for next day delivery on Wednesday. Today is Saturday. The company customer service is arrogant and very rude.
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
