I would rate Lederhosen Store 1 star if it wasn’t for the wonderful interaction I’ve been having with one of their representatives, Eva G.

I’ve been awaiting a refund on my order (Lederhosen tore on first wear …. At Oktoberfest in Munich of all places) for about 7-8 weeks. The Lederhosen Store is more focused on putting new apparel in customer’s hands when refunds are requested, as my inquiry for a refund was met with three offers for new products at discounted rates. Frustrating to go back and forth with a company in this manner.

I should have looked at these reviews first and not have purchased. I got a horrible quality men's shirt I wouldn't wear if it was free. Fabric pattern was not aligned, irregular stitching, plastic-like fabric amazingly uncomfortable, and more. Filled out a request for refund but received no response. Their "QA Form" page is a 404.

They never shipped my order, when asked if why, they said it was sold out. I asked for a refund which they agreed to, but never processed. It's been weeks.

Lederhosen Store's reply to the above, written on 10/21/23, is also a lie. I have received no refund.

Avoid buying from this Company , their return policy involves you keeping the goods and then paying out for replacement products at discounted rates . A win win for them . Quality of products are, to say the least, ill fitting and poor. Goods are delivered from Pakistan, therefore cost of return shipping, which is down to you makes it not worth while . They know this and they play on it . Save your money .

Socks are great. Shirt was very disappointing. Wrong size and poor quality - I ended up discarding it. Most of all I did not like the DHL Delivery experience. I received numerous texts and emails asking me to click on a link so I wouldn't have to sign for my delivery, which I found suspicious. Why does an order like this even need a signature?

Their products are less than Halloween costume quality and direct from Pakistan. Their phone number and address on their website is fake. I ordered a shirt and suspenders. I received them fairly quickly but both items were very poor quality and did not fit. I did attempt to communicate with their customer service to at least try to exchange, but kept getting the same response saying they would send me a coupon code to order replacements. No coupon code ever came so I give up. Do not do buy anything from this joke of a company.

Save your money and buy an authentic Dirndl. The website has an American address & phone number, but the orders are shipped from Pakistan. The quality is comparable to a Halloween costume from Wal-Mart.

This is a HORRIBLE company! I wish this site would allow pictures! The Durndle I order is garbage! Look at the return policy! Only a company peddling garbage products has such a policy. Truly the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is sooooo bad and soooo manipulative it doesn't seem possible anyone could be so dumb. I posted to as many Oktoberfest Facebook organizations as possible! Do your best to expose these crooks! ALSO...They are a Pakistani Company, none of the US or Canada contact info is legit

I ordered a dirndl last year and it came quickly (with tracking). This year, I ordered lederhosen for the husband. I went by the size chart provided and it arrived yesterday everything fit perfectly! Quality is great! It shipped within 24-hr and we had it in about a week. I just ordered 2 more dirndls yesterday and got a shipping notice already.

I love the product. It even showed up early!!

I had ordered a pair of lederhosen shorts from here. They took quite a while to ship and did not provide me with a tracking number until I emailed them asking for it. When the package did finally ship, it said for 2 weeks that my package is on hold so I sent them multiple emails asking why this is. Their response was always the same. They copy and pasted their email every time saying "Your package will arrive very soon :)" while not actually answering my question (At this point we thought it was a scam). I was also confused as to why it was coming from Pakistan on the tracking website but they claim it to be from the US? Anyways, after all this, when my package finally did arrive, WE WERE SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! The pants are absolutely great quality and my dad loves them. They look so well made. All in all, the experience with customer service was not good but the product itself really came through in the end.

I purchased two pairs of shoes one pair of dark brown and one pair of black for a total cost of $174 the dark brown shoes have creases all in the side of them and on the top front and it's missing suede the embroidery strings aren't tied all the way and their strings hanging out on the side and there's glue all down the inside that stuck to the suede, the invoice from Pakistan shows the value of the shoes at $8 USD they send you factory defects, the blackout shoes aren't black there are mixed medium brown with creases all on the sides of them and I guess Machining marks that's pressed into the leather suede and I suppose a two pairs of Free socks one with each set of shoes was not in this the bag that it was shipped in either these people are scammers and this was my first DHL shipment and before I even got notified from DHL I got all kinds of spam mail telling me that they had been a missed shipment and I needed to pay a rescheduling fee and that was sent to my private email that this company had access to because these people don't send out an invoice or a shipping order or anything to you Beware are these people this company is a scam

Ordered online and paid via PayPal. No order number or confirmation of the order and after several emails of follow-ups, response sub-standard to say the least. Have cancelled PayPal transaction, never will go via them again.

I ordered two dirndls from this store. When they arrived, they smelled horrible and were terribly sewn, as if by two different people and had frayed edges. I took photos and submitted return requests and got emails promising to get my returns taken care of "after the end of the month because the accounting department is so busy." I have re-sent my requests and they responded by sending me another dirndl I didn't ask for. So now I have three crappy items that I just want to return. They (Eva, the customer service rep) will not respond to my repeated requests so now I will have to begin a dispute with my credit card company. Please do not fall victim to their scam!!!

Their phone number is not real. Neither is their address. Packages ship from Pakistan despite saying their operations are in the US and Canada. The goods are not as described and they do not work with you to handle returns even if within the scope of their restrictive return policy. They also can not be found on the Better Business Bureau site so its not possible to flag a claim on them.

I ordered a dirndl from this site. The photos on the website were very low quality and blurry. It’s hard to tell from the online photos, but the item looks very cheap in person. The apron was approximately 12 inches longer than the dress, so I had to pay $40 to have it altered. I would not recommend this site.
