I’m going to Germany in September and been looking to buy lederhosen for my wife and I, I’m glad that I found what I bought from here as the material is great and they were very fast at shipping out. Great place I will definitely be shopping here again.

I bought a ladies' German dress. It was too tight and I want to exchange it. I have sent the return form in their webpage as well as a separate e mail to customersupport. No respond yet. My advice: Don't buy from this store unless you're willing to take a risk and don't mind loosing the money. The quality of the dress is very cheap. You can feel it in the fabric. Actually, it is a bad
imitation of the original German dress.

Several issues with the customer service and the lederhosen itself.
1. The DHL shipping email I received had no reference at all to lederhosenstore.com, or anything linking the two. I assumed it was spam and deleted it. Package originated from Pakistan, not Canada.
2. Lederhosen itself is sub par quality, with a rough finish and bad fit. The bavarian shirt is cheap, thin, and the buttons were sharp and difficult to fit through button holes.
3. Contacted customer service to return lederhosen and was ignored for a month and a half. I issued a chargeback on the order after 2 weeks and still didn't get their attention.

Company ignoring emails regarding what should be shipped with order after taking funds.

Had to ask to cancel order and refund - still no reply.

Will be disputing credit card charges with bank and having them reverse charges.

I purchases shoes that were to tight based on my normal size. The sales associate provided a very economical solution to get me the size that will fit. They were very accommodating.

I have not yet received the merchandise

Ordered dirndl for granddaughter who is German American Festival princess and after you charged my account and waited weeks you tell me pick a different dirndl! No dirndl and still haven't received my money back!

Super fast shipping and great quality lederhosen. Lederhosen fit snug but I’m sure they will stretch out after I wear them. Have not tried shirt on yet but am happy with the quality of my items

The product arrived quickly and is of nice quality. I was pleasantly surprised. The lederhosen are larger than I expected at the waist and I think the size is good two inches larger than it should be. Keep in mind if buying as there is no US nor Canadian outlet etc. The phone number on the web site is bogus as well.

The order was delivered very fast and the customer's service by Eva was excellent. However the quality is fair to poor. It definitely needs some love in order to be a usable costume. But over all not too bad

I wanted to compliment Eva on being very efficient on a order that I placed. I ordered the wrong size and she was very helpful getting my matter taken care of. I will make certain to refer anyone in need of there product.

They will not issue any refunds. I have gone back and forth with them since September. Finally they just stop replying with excuses.

You charged me $171. for a order to replace the too small size that was supposed to be $60.00

The product the company delivered was good quality and material. It was difficult in determining a proper size with the sizing charts provided. I ordered a size too large and attempted to get into contact with support to initiate the request and get a new pair. This was a very cumbersome process that took several back and forth emails. These emails came no quicker than one response every 24 hours and sometimes even longer, even after a quick response back. The overall support and return system was very difficult to navigate. I am still working to get the refund back from the original purchase in September. (It is now late December). To improve the process I would recommend further support employees to manage customer requests, or a more streamlined customer support/returns process for sizing issues.

I placed an order in July 2023 and received the wrong size. Customer service took almost a month to get me a response and suggested I place a 2nd order to receive it before Octoberfest. The 2nd order did not arrive until after the first week of October 2023 (which was past the time we needed it.)I was told that I would receive a refund, but it has been two months and nothing has occurred yet.

I have sent multiple emails checking on my order to see if it had been posted and when it will arrive and have received no response- starting to think I’ve been scammed!
