After confirmation of order nothing happened for weeks. As I needed the Lederhosen for an event I asked per e-mail when I would receive the goods. No response. I phoned. Answering machine. I left an SMS. No response. By then I regretted not to have read the reviews of this company. Eventually I demanded my money back and threatened to report their company to the police for fraud if I would not be reimbursed within 10 days. On the 10th day I received information from DHL that a parcel had been booked in. After further 2 days I was notified that the parcel had been handed over to the courier company. All in all a very unpleasant experience and I would recommend, stay away from this company.

Mens shirt no button holes- cannot wear- cost to fix
Tried calling there number to speak with a person- number does not work
Just wasted 400$ on a cheap dress and pants made in Pakistan

I entered a purchase for a medium men's shirt 8/18/23. Relying on the product's page, medium was the correct size. However, I then learned that the sizing guide is the authority and I actually needed a small (keep your stuff in order, Lederhosen Store)! On the same day, I tried to reach out to make a change. The phone number provided does not work - it either had busy signal or immediately dropped. The order confirmation email stated that I could use a live chat - there is none! The only way to communicate is through an archaic forms based email entry system. I tried every day to message to change out the size but I got the runaround, referencing me back to the sizing guide instead of honoring my simple request to swap out small for medium - not a complicated request to understand. I even kept trying to call the phone number and checked to see if the chat was available - nothing. My order status showed as being in process but I was told that it was already shipped so nothing could be done. If I do a return, I lose my $14, have to pay to ship the item back and lose more money with a 20% restocking fee. I should have stayed clear of this store. I am now disputing the purchase with my credit card company. Horrible experience. Avoid this place - there are so many other more customer-friendly and less sketchy places to support. I should have looked at the store's reviews before buying anything.

I needed help to fix my order because I made a mistake in beginning. this was fixed in no time and very helpful and responsive staff

I've ordered 5 dirndls all with sizing issues. The sizes are completely inconsistent and about 12 emails later, I still don't have a resolution. I've sent photo after photo and proof that the sizing is completely inconsistent and I keep getting the run around. The dress fits and the blouse is about 4 sizes off or the blouse fits and the dress is a couple of sizes off. I've measured corrected AND sized up as they're made / shipped from India and the sizing chart is inaccurate. Despite sizing up, there are still sizing issues with every single one of my dirndls and a resolution doesn't seem possible. I do NOT recommend this store.

I give zero stars, Warning!!! their contact phone numbers are not working. They respond to emails days after submission. When I attempted to cancel my order before shipped they still tried to charge me a 20% fee. The same items they sell are available on Amazon with faster delivery and better customer service.

I ordered lederhosen and on the website, it stated the price was the final price. Then I started getting texts from DHL. It turns out the leather products are made in Pakistan and they use DHL to ship. I had to pay $25 to get the order released. I contacted the Lederhosen Store and they asked me to pay for it and they'd reimburse me for half. I paid for it and received the order...and then was sent a coupon for $12 off my next order. Not what I expected.
My husband loves his lederhosen and I'm happy with the product but know that you'll have to pay for extra shipping if you live outside of Pakistan.

Listen to the 1 star reviews. Horrible company. Very cheap quality and the sizing is completely off! Return policy is nonexistent, and they are rude when you ask for a refund, stating you can have a credit. Why would I want to buy anything else on this site?! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Ordered clothes from them. It's been a month still no order. I tracked the order say's it processing. Charged my card. I've tried calling number is not in service. And the email doesn't work. If there was a negative chart they would be a 5.
Don't waist time and money in this company.

Do not order from this store. The sizing is not correct and once you receive your order, there is no way to exchange your order without paying $50 in shipping back to Pakistan. Customer Service said that they would offer a store credit at "the factory cost" which I'm sure is pennies compared to what we paid but now they have ghosted me, not replying to my last 3 emails, and I haven't seen a credit. Extremely disappointing and we are out $130+.

Placed order- card was charged and the items ordered were not in stock. Second choice also not in stock. Refund requested and not received. No one responds to my inquires regarding the refund. I’ve waited so long for the company to rectify that I missed the window to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Hundreds of dollars out the window. Hard lesson learned

I ordered haferl shoes, "German Lederhosen Shoes for Men Clean Brown", and they come with socks free. I have two issues - first, they sent the wrong socks, and have been non-responsive to my inquiries about sending the correct socks since I received the order (two weeks going); second, the shoes are supposedly $199 regular price, on sale for $89. These ARE NOT worth this price, the quality is poor, with rough leather, no appreciable insole, and extremely cheap rubber soles that smell terribly like a tire shop. Maybe worth $20 dollars. Buyer beware.

Terrible experience. I have been waiting for a refund for almost 2 months and they don't answer my emails. Phone number does not even ring, a scam!

HORRIBLE company, the worst customer service I have ever seen. They had the wrong description on a product and when I gave up on buying it they offered me a refund which I am still waiting after 2 MONTHS. stay far away from this terrible store.

Was concerned that order hadn’t arrived, contacted customer support. Reassured that it was in transit. Checked tracking info and had been returned to sender! Contacted customer support again and was offered refund or another order. I opted for refund as would arrive too late for Oktoberfest. I have since made contact 6 times to chase refund as of yet no luck. I’m really hoping I don’t have to escalate this further and that they are just really slow at processing but not holding out much hope after reading other reviews :( very disappointed in this company. MY ADVICE IS DON’T USE THEM !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. You work too hard for your money to send it to this scam company. Sure, the order process is easy but if you are not happy with the quality or if the sizing is wrong....get ready. They will NOT refund your money. They will exchange for a new size but that is going to cost you more money. Buyer Beware. Learn from my mistake and keep shopping. DO NOT BUY FROM this store!

Overpriced products, you can get the same products on eBay for less than half the price. Good luck with trying to get a refund. I have been waiting nearly 2 months only to be told that the refund is 'being processed', avoid this company.

Ordered a Lederhosen that came with a free shirt, and also a pair of socks (which were fine from the get go). I followed the size charts and information about ordering a size larger. When it came, both the lederhosen and shirt were still far too small. Ended up going up 1 size in shirt, and 2 more sizes in Lederhosen. Still was a bit of a squeeze, but I fit, and the leather did stretch a bit over time. The quality of the shirt was also quite poor (loose threads, frayed edges, unfinished button holes), but it was "free" so...
Customer service was also interesting to deal with. They really don't want you to return items, and will give you credits for another order instead (cost of item less what they calculate return shipping would be). Again, eventually this worked out and I got a nice pair of Lederhosen that fit right in in Munich.
