Everything you need!! Beautiful cozy "clean" little cabin!

My husband & I traveled from PA to help with a few days of help with the disaster relief efforts. We got in around 3 am Sunday, unloaded our vehicle & went to bed for a few hours. In our delirium we did not notice the mini split on the lower level so it was a cold night of restless sleep. We took to room next to the bathroom - the bedroom is a bit small for a queen size bed & the tv mounted on the wall as it is - there was a bit of acrobatics required to get out of bed in the middle of the night if you’re the person sleeping against the wall. Space for clothes for two people was a bit snug as well - my clothes ended on the floor due to the limited space. Hanging of wet items (towels, washcloths, bathing suits) was another issue we faced during our stay. Other than these issues, the owners were great & very accommodating, even giving a discount for helping with the relief efforts. The cabin is very inviting, tastefully decorated, and the hot tub was a welcome relief after days on our feet.

Very private location, but close enough to anything you may need. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable!

We were here this week to help with hurricane relief! The cabin was so cozy and felt like home after a long day! We WILL be back! Thank you for a great experience!

Loved the cleanliness of the cabin, the way it was stocked with everything you need. It was close to town. What a wonderful place to just go relax unwind and chill.

We unfortunately scheduled our trip to Asheville not knowing hurricane Helena would make herself known in devastating fashion! No power, internet, water and fuel and Ben and Lisa were fantastic in making sure we had the essentials needed to make us as comfortable as possible. They also shared any information they received from other locals. Hopefully we can get down there again and enjoy the area as we planned.

The time at Mountain Laurel Retreat was wonderful. The cabin was spotless, great space for indoor and outdoor playtime. The hosts were very helpful!

Our stay for my birthday weekend was perfect!! We were close to everything, but the area is peaceful and private. It’s just what I needed to usher in my next circle around the sun. The beds are super comfy, and we loved the hot tub and porch swing. The cherry on top for me was how clean everything was!! Thank you! We highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at the Brookside Cabin...comfortable and close to the family wedding we had in Weaverville. We arrived very late at night and were unable to find the cabin but the owners answered our call immediately and helped us get situation.
