My family and I checked into Sing a Song villa at 15. Bristol hill rd on July 2nd of this week. We hadn’t been there an hour and my little girls were swimming in the private pool and two construction workers came onto the property form the adjacent building and started yelling at my kids and saying sexual things to them. They can inside crying and we informed Nicole Jaramillo the owner immediately that we couldn’t stay there due to it not being safe for my family. She refused to do anything at all and refused a refund even though it was completely unsafe. She quit corresponding. We were forced to go get another villa and lost all our money. We come here every year and cannot believe we were treated like this. We will be telling everyone in the US on websites that it isn’t safe here and there is no protection for our families.

The team I dealt with were exceptional. They followed up on every request if a timely professional manner. Well done.

The team at Exceptional Villas is fantastic! Thais worked with me over email and phone to find the very best property for our needs. She patiently advised regarding island neighborhoods, villa locations, and she had firsthand knowledge of nearly all the villas. The process was smooth and so helpful. After booking Aurelia helped me with restaurant recommendations then secured dinner reservations for every night of our trip.

Beautiful villa on the beach in a great location. Close to Holetown for shops and restaurants. Organisation prior to our arrival was first class and staff on arrival welcoming and friendly.
Villa tastefully decorated, very well equipped and our first meal with our cook was delicious.

Outstanding communication! Prompt, responsive, informative, and relevant. The team anticipates our needs and made the trip planning fun! We feel much better about the fun equation of the vacation with Exceptional Villas taking care of the logistics. The team allows fun anticipation as opposed to anxious planning.
