I have had a number of doors from Latham over the years and the doors are excellent as is the delivery and ordering system (Which is why I keep using them)
However today, a lovely lady called Miya Kaur excelled.. I had lost the fixing kit on a door we ordered in error some time ago. When I called to order a new one without a prompt Miya offered to send me a free kit.. Fantastic service and a great product... Many thanks Miya..

Second time of using Lathams. Ordering process nice and easy, great comms re delivery and accommodating with a revised slot after first one was unsuitable. 2 hour time slot advised for day of delivery then a phone call 30 mins before on the actual day. Thanks Phil and Tom for an efficient friendly drop off.

Great delivery this morning by Lee. What a pleasure. Really helpful and went through all the items.

The whole process of purchase was very smooth. I had to rearange the delivery day as I was not available and Philippa was very helpful with sorting this. When the door arrived it was raining so the delivery driver Lee helped me put the new door into my garage to save my girlfriend having to come out and get wet, top chap! All in all a great service provided by Lathams.

Fast experience Miya was first class new what she was talking about with roller shutter door locks many thanks for quick service and walked out with the new locks 10out of 10

Really helpful, quick correspondence

I had accidently ordered the door opposite hand and whilst the door was reversible, the lock and thumbscrew were on the wrong side. I rang Latham's technical support team and explained the situation to John. He explained how to reverse the handle and dispatched a new compatible thumbscrew lock. Great quality door, no issues with delivery, very helpful technical support and great service all round .
