Nice door but problems two months on are proving hard to resolve
Paid £3500 for a new double front door. Their online planner is easy to use and the fitted price was good.
However, two months on the door has become difficult to lock and it catches on the bottom when closing.
Sent them two videos and photos at their request only to be sent an online survey. This wanted more videos and photos, that wouldn’t load as they were too big, plus wanted me to sign to accept a £150 fee if there wasn’t a defect with them.
There are clearly defects as evidenced with the videos,
So a good door and initial good service has been ruined by slow and poor customer service that’s looking like I’ll have to get an independent company in to assess and rectify the problem or go to my credit card to start a chargeback just two months after install.

I'm sorry to hear you've been left dissatisfied with our after-sales care, and that this has led you to leave a negative review.
I can see you're currently working with our team after reporting an issue with your doorset.
Whilst we appreciate it may feel frustrating that images and videos need to be sent in, this really is vital in helping us get to the root cause and provide the correct assistance from the outset.
These steps allow us to establish whether there's a specific component failure, an installation issue or, on the odd occasion, user error. Without them, sending our installer out won't necessarily resolve the problem.
For example, if a replacement part is needed and we haven't identified that first, the visit would achieve little until we understand exactly which part is required.
We mention the possible call-out fee at survey stage to confirm you've been able to follow all the recommended steps, such as lubricating the lock mechanism and cylinder. Your guarantees with us cover manufacturing and fitting issues; if a problem is found to be down to user error, such as maintenance not being carried out, this wouldn't be covered.
We always make customers aware of this before sending an engineer as part of our duty of care. The last thing we'd want is to gather the wrong information, send an engineer out and then pass on a charge, so we'll always be upfront from the start. Of course, if the issue isn't down to user error, you won't be billed.

Everything about the door was great the fitting the fitment everything that the delivery man was just rude and arrogant. I wanted his help and asked him to help me about a new front door and he just turned his back and walked off. Is attitude was the sizes of your door is what you got us and walked off.

I’m very happy with smart signature door. Very good quality and luxurious design. It is unique as it has same design on both sides unlike new modern doors. It is indeed soundproof and if I could,I’d give it 1000000/5 stars. I would highly recommend this product.

Poor quality Korniche lantern
Poor quality Korniche lantern , that leaks , they have changed the design now but still won’t give us the money back , because of the problems with old design leaking and you only seal on inside , going to court now to get our money back

They only offered to meet , after we had issued court proceedings because lantern not fit for purpose because of drain holes and silicone bead on inside, and not meeting building regulations, and building inspector done a report, to clarify this.

However, we must respectfully clarify the facts: The Korniche lantern supplied is fully compliant with Building Regulations and has been certified as meeting performance standards for water tightness and air permeability. The issues you describe relate to how the upstand was constructed on site, not to the product itself.
We have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter cooperatively, including offering technical guidance, alternative solutions, and most recently, a professional inspection by the product manufacturer (Made for Trade) to objectively establish the facts. We remain open to finding a resolution.
We note that court proceedings have been issued. We will defend our position robustly and are confident that the facts will demonstrate the lantern is fit for purpose.
