Hazlemere Window Co. Ltd Bewertungen

Just been cleaning my windows ( which I don’t do very often) and it struck me that these windows still look brand new . I actually bought them over 20 years ago . I remember the sales guy was called George and he guided us through our choices really well and we have been so happy to have listened to his suggestions. I have also heard good things about their sales guy at (I think) , Ickenham . Bob Lomas. Great quality products that really have lasted us well

The whole service was fantastic , great updates all the way through , superb fitting and your team were exceptional

Workmanship was good and arrangements made were adhered to. All personnel were friendly and helpful. A good quality product was provided.

Excellent service from planning to execution. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Hazlemere windows from the initial meeting with Bob to discuss requirements (8 replacement windows), through the measuring and installation process, and final fitting with an excellent team. We had a tight turnaround deadline which we explained from the beginning and the team completed everything with a week to spare. Special thanks to the guys who fitted the windows - Sean and Dylan - who did a wonderful job. No hesitation in recommending Hazelmere windows - we are delighted with our new windows.

Quality product and an excellent building and installation team. They were very hard working and polite, and they kept the site clean and tidy. Scott was very communicative and a fantastic project manager. He was on site regularly and kept me fully up to date on progress and any changes throughout. I highly recommend Hazlemere for the quality of their product, their professionalism and workmanship.

I cannot recommend this company, its staff at all levels and its superb product more highly.
We have had Hazlemere Windows install double gazed widows throughout our house and later added a conservatory to replace a wooden one but retaining the original brick wall. Both installations were tricky, the conservatory being undertaken during Covid. Naturally there were a couple of ‘teething’ difficulties but Hazlemere dealt with these promptly and efficiently to our complete satisfaction. I am writing this review now because we had a small problem with one fanlight window. I arrived at the showroom at half past nine, not realising until I saw of the door that they opened at 10:00. However, someone was there open the door, dealt with my request and an engineer was arranged to visit around 14:00. He arrived at 13:30. Returned to the showroom to collect the required kit, returns and fixed it with in the half an hour or so. A completely reliable company. Superb.

Reassuring friendly knowledgeable communications with all Hazlemere staff throughout the entire process.
An excellent patio window and sliding door to cap it all.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. We are based in Chalfont St Peter and had a few quotes for our orangerie. While Hazlemere were on the higher end of the quotes, we could see their workmanship was great and a few neighbours recommended them, so we went ahead . We could not be more pleased that we did. The team were hard-working, friendly, approachable and minimally disruptive. Although I work from home a lot of the week, I had no issues with continuing my work as normal. They were also very friendly with our dog and children! We had a 3x7m Orangerie extension with steps to the back garden and it looks stunning. They did everything to ensure it fit seamlessly with the existing build, so it looks like it was always there. Alan the project manager was always on hand if we had queries and kept us up to date with every development. Harry and Liam are two of the hardest working builders we've ever come across. You can tell each member of the team is a perfectionist and takes great pride in their work. We could not recommend Hazlemere more and are so pleased with the results.

It is a shame there is no 5*plus!

We had a beautiful Orangery designed and fitted by Hazlemere Windows about 5 years ago. At every point, their sales, fitting and office staff were excellent in their advice and craft, and pretty much always available for queries and concerns.

We have been really happy for 5 years!

WE STILL ARE - to the point that it is worth reviewing them again!

Due to some unknown reason one of our roof panels has "exploded" - probably due to the extreme heat. My quick query asking for a quote to replace after 5 years was met with an apology that it had happened and a swift "this will be done under warranty" answer!

Our real world experience, therefore, is that the Customer service of this company is top rate and their ten year warranty is totally reliable. The Orangery remains a delight too and will for many years

THANK YOU HAZLEMERE

Communication very good. Fitter was very friendly and helpful, everything looks and is of high quality.

A five star service from Hazlemere Windows. Dan did a great job and really had a good attention to detail with excellent customer service. The windows look great.

Hazlemere are a great company to use - from the site visit to the installation they were friendly, efficient, good value for money and have done a brilliant job of replacing our patio doors. We would definitely use them again!

Good product and excellent, helpful service

AMAZING JOB!
We initially used Hazlemere Windows for our front windows in the house, the workmen were very professional and did such a great job. We then booked to have our bifold doors in the living room replaced and also our front door, again they did such an incredible job it’s really made the house look amazing! 🤩 We’ve been so impressed that we have now booked to have the windows done at the rear of the house. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent service, windows and door delivered and installed on time. Excellent installation with experienced fitters, took care great of my property and cleaned up afterwards! Products are of great quality.

High quality installation and very professional job - highly recommend

Great team from start to finish . From Matt and Sean in the showroom answering all my questions to Ash, Richie and Luke who did a fantastic job replacing all our windows and doors , coping with the foibles of a 100 year old house. Attention to detail and no adjustment /minor tweaks were too much trouble. Cleaned up as they worked too . Competitive price although not the cheapest quote. However you do get what you pay for and I am delighted with the results.

Excellent product , friendly and professional staff .

Excellent product and company were very good to deal with…
