From inquiry to completion, I can't fault Hazlemere's attention to customer service, workmanship and product quality. I highly recommend them to the reader.

Had a new door Feb 2025
Asked for a black surround and black door, silver letter box. Easy.
What we ended up with was a dark brown/black surround and black door. There’s now a noticeable colour difference.
The answer wasn’t to change the door or surround but spray the surround black. Sounds naff and not what you expect when you certainly don’t pick this company on price. To get to an answer took over 6 months. I figured it was too costly for them to replace both or one or the other. When I pushed back on this I got them talking solicitors over email. We got £250 off but left with a door/surround that doesn’t match. I wanted to pay full quoted price and get all black.
We used them for all our windows and recommended them to family.
We are moving soon and to a house that needs all new windows and doors but would go somewhere else from now on. Customer service just isn’t there.
To add insult we got an email saying if we recommend them we’d get a £50
M and s voucher.

From first contact at showroom through choosing and agreeing purchase then onto delivery and installation, everything went extremely smoothly with good personal contact from Hazlemere throughout. Excellent product and service.

Excellent from Start to Finish. A big upgrade to the house to replace wooden windows and still maintain the look and feel. Sean (sales) was brilliant, non-pushy and thorough, from initial survey through to final contracts with excellent communication on all questions and follow ups. After a couple of very helpful visits to the showroom, we contracted in April and all windows (Aluminium and UPVC) fitted in August. Look great and doing a great job as the winter sets in. The Installation team (John, Dan, Adam, Michael, Greg) were fantastic, very thorough, kept the place clean throughout, polite, friendly and took care of the property throughout. Also completing the agreed insulation work on a bay window brilliantly, Thanks John. The follow up with the Service team was superb, being really on it with a few glazing units that needed replacing due to scratches but all sorted perfectly for us with great communication - thanks Jackie, Simon, Greg! Big thanks to the whole team at Hazlemere. Choosing windows and installers is stressful and Hazlemere made it seamless. Thank you. Highly recommended

Everything ran like clockwork and the installers were very efficient and tidy.

Hazlemere gave me an abvolutley amazing service from begining to end, they were extremely professional and clearly customer service is something they excel at. Bob arranged everything and he was absolutley fantastic, so easy to work with. Dan and Andy fitted the doors and windows and wow they did an amazing job so professional and clean and even fixed the seal on my bifold doors. Hazlemere windows have been nothing but amazing from start to finish. We absolutely love the windows and doors that have been installed and had nothing but compliments on them. The father and son team that came to install them were amazing in how quickly they removed the old windows to putting the new ones in and even cleaning up after themselves, you would not have know they had been there. I would highly recommend Hazlemere to anyone (actually my wife did the other night to someone looking). You pay a little more but the quality in the frame and doors are worth it and will stand the test of time. Thanks again Hazlemere windows for everything.

Great experience from my initial enquiry online. Barney visited us no hard sell just good information and help with what we wanted. The quote was very competitive. The pre installation information was informative. John the installation guy was lovely, he was tidy, efficient and our door looks amazing, we are very happy and glad we went local. We had a follow up call on the day of installation to check we were ok with everything ….which was very nice. Would definitely recommend
