Michelle was really kind, informative and helpful when explaining the process and was very clear and professional throughout the process - couldn’t recommend more for someone going for the first time! Definitely put me at ease, thank you so much :)

Overall, I have had a great experience with Laser Me Out. The staff are all very professional and the facilities they have are fantastic.

I do wish, however, that there was more consistency with the clinicians. I’ve had three appointments so far and have been seen by three separate clinicians. Although they have all been very good, it would have been nice to have the same clinician every time so that follow-ups at every appointment can be smoother.

Michelle is a great and really professional. I've been for three sessions, but this one was particularly great. She really took the time to make sure all my areas were covered. I would highly recommend and looking forward to my next session :) I've also seen a massive reduction in my hair growth, so really happy with the progress

My laser session with Hely was brilliant! She is a delight! Not enough synonyms of “lovely” to describe her! I was very nervous to start this laser journey due to previous bad experiences but Hely patiently answered all my concerns as well as being very reassuring. She was very professional and diligent, knew a lot about the type of laser used, how it works on coloured skin and explained everything well! Couldn’t recommend her service enough, have already told all my friends about requesting to see Hely. Thank you Hely, i am forward to the next session.

Great laser session. I had an amazing time at laser me out. The staff on the phone when I was booking were easy to get through to which made it very easy and convenient. During the session the staff made me feel welcome and the laser technology is mind-blowing. I look forward to my next appointment.

I visited laser me out earlier this week for my first laser session. I had a lovely experience with all the staff including those who welcomed me and my therapist. I was very comfortable and the therapist informed me about the full procedure and any risks. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to start their laser journey.

Hely is really nice

I had a session of laser done recently in which I had a great experience. I was helped to pick a package that suited my needs by Hem over the phone where she answered all my questions. On arrival Hem was accommodating and I was made to feel welcome at the clinic. The session itself was also great. I was made to feel comfortable and was asked about how I felt throughout the procedure.

I've encountered unprecedented dissatisfaction with Laser Me Out, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others.

I prepaid for a package of six laser sessions, paying the full amount upfront. Despite only having completed two sessions, Laser Me Out abruptly discontinued my treatment, suspended my account, and retained funds for the remaining four sessions.

The issues began with the purchase of a comprehensive offer covering one large area, a small area, and a free skin peel—specifically, my legs and Hollywood. Unfortunately, during my first session with Sadaf, misinformation regarding the inclusion of the buttocks in the Hollywood area surfaced. This discrepancy became apparent during my second session with Wioleta, leading to confusion.

Upon attempting to book a facial session, I requested a HydraFacial instead of a skin peel, based on information provided by Sadaf. However, Bassma, the manager, refused this request. Despite highlighting Sadaf's misinformation, Laser Me Out declined to compensate for the inconvenience, providing subpar customer service.

Expressing my grievances through a review led to a misleading response from Laser Me Out, falsely claiming I sought free services. Subsequent attempts to address this matter over the phone were hindered, with Kem, the assistant manager, directing me solely to Bassma.

After an unproductive call with Bassma, she offered a glow peel as an alternative. Shockingly, this goodwill offer was conditional on removing my review, per Shireen, the owner. I declined, maintaining my right to express an honest review as a consumer.

In response, Bassma misrepresented our conversation in an email, concealing the ultimatum presented by Shireen. The email also falsely claimed I declined further peeling sessions and stated my account was put on hold due to an "inaccurate review." Such actions are unacceptable, threatening my rights to prepaid sessions based on my entitled review.

A subsequent call with Shireen was unproductive, characterized by rudeness, interruptions, and false accusations of defamation. Despite offering to remove my review in exchange for a refund for the remaining four sessions, Shireen insisted on a legal settlement agreement and an insufficient refund, even if signed.

Refusing to sign the agreement, I am left without a full refund for the remaining sessions. Shireen has explicitly refused a refund solely because I won't sign the agreement.

Future customers must consider whether they want to engage with a business that employs such questionable practices

Laser Me Out are constantly lying, saying that I asked for extra treatments which is not the case! I cannot stress enough that I was misinformed by Sadaf on 2 occasions which led to me believing that buttocks was INCLUDED in Hollywood and hydrafacial can be done INSTEAD of a skin peel. Once I found out buttocks was not included in the Hollywood, I DID NOT ASK for it to be included. Regarding the hydrafacial, I DID NOT ask for this treatment to be added to my package in addition to a skinpeel. Laser Me Out constantly lie about the correspondence we had and this is very concerning (I have written proof and phone call recording which Laser Me Out is aware of) Please note that solely because of my initial review, Laser Me Out suspended my account, disregarding the fact that I paid the full amount for 6 sessions upfront and are not giving me a refund for my remaining 4 sessions. They are constantly painting a false picture of the situation and I am absolutely disgusted at their practices! I’ve never experienced such a thing in my life, I wish I never engaged with them in the first place! BE WARE!

I was misinformed by an employee on two occasions. I am currently doing the one and done large area + small area + free skin peel (this is an offer). I chose to get my legs and Hollywood done. When I went for my first session, the therapist mentioned that the buttocks was included in Hollywood and told me to shave for the next time so that she could do there as well. She also mentioned that I could choose to have the hydrafacial done instead of the skin peel. When I went for my next session, I shaved my buttocks (i’ve never done this before but only done it as I was told that it was includes in the hollywood) thinking it was included in the Hollywood as that is what I was told, however I was seen by another therapist and she told me it was not and double-checked with the manager who confirmed that the buttocks wasn’t included. I didn’t make a problem out of this as I wanted to give the therapist the benefit of the doubt. Today I messaged the Laser Me Out whatsapp to ask to book in my hydrafacial as I was told by my first therapist that I could opt for a hydrafacial instead, however I was told that I can only do a skin peel. Since I was misinformed twice I asked if they could make an exception on this occasion as it is not fair on my behalf and I was told that they cannot. During this whole process, the customer service was not great and the member of staff who was “dealing” with the matter was acting quite poorly. I’m quite disappointed as my experience started off great and then turned into such a negative experience…
UPDATE: Laser Me Out has responded to my review insinuating that I asked for shaving and an additional treatment free of charge, which is most certainly not the case. I was told that the buttocks was included in the Hollywood and then told it was not after I shaved for my second session, and I was told a hydrafacial can be offered as an alternative to a skin peel and then denied this when I wanted to book my facial appointment. I have addressed this with them and the customer service has been extremely poor. They didn’t pick up my phone call and only picked up once I called on No Caller ID. I’m quite confused as to what they are running away from when they initially fed me the wrong information and do not have the decency to compensate for their wrong doings, definitely do not recommend!

just had my 2 laser session and i’m already seeing results, the laser itself isn’t painful at all and my therapist, Toya is so sweet and good at what she does, making sure i’m comfortable and relaxed and i would recommend her to anyone

Just had my third session with Laser me out! Definitely seeing a difference already. Can’t wait to go back! Shout out to Toya, she’s fabulous at what she does and always makes me feel relaxed.

I had a hydrafacial done today. It was brilliant. I was made comfortable at laser me out and my experience was great. It was professional and had top tier facilities. I would definitely recommend.

I had a hydrafacial last week and it was brilliant. Toya made me feel at comfort during the whole procedure and she explained to me each step which was reassuring. Great experience, would definitely recommend.
