I like Every Skin Clinic. Personnel is competent and accurate. Service is great. I will explore some more treatment possibilities for me in the future.

First experience at the Balham clinic - lovely treatment and excellent service from Roxy. Very pleased this site has opened!

I started treatment when they had a 50% off deal, paid for 4 sessions under the understanding I would get 8 in total. When I completed the 4 sessions they said I needed to pay for more. When I looked at the invoice they hadn’t mentioned the promotion. Very dissatisfied with the way they went about this.

Some of the team were great, I did have one lady who did inflict a lot of pain and didn’t seem to care when I was evidently uncomfortable.

I done my brazilian laser hair removal at Everyskin Chiswick. Bushra was amazing. She done it smoothly. She made sure I felt comfortable. She deserved a 5star from me. All the ladies in this branch were so friendly. Highly recommend them all 🙂

Zahra is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire laser session. She always makes me feel comfortable, explains everything clearly, and pays great attention to detail. Her friendly attitude and excellent service make every appointment a great experience. Shout out to Kaz in Chiswick branch, she is brilliant and always gives her honest advice. I started to laser at Everyskin after consulting with her and couldn’t be more happier with my results. Other technicians could miss some spots, but never had this issue with Kaz. I will continue my treatments with her only.

Had a 75 minute facial with one of the team at EverySkin Wandsworth this morning and received incredible service from the start of the facial to the end with the face massage — training for all staff should be up to this fabulous standard. I previously had also had a facial with Giselle at the same location - she was also spectacular. Only constructive criticism for the experience would be to have cotton sheets to cover the body in summer, rather than fleece blankets, as there was no air con.

The lady is so nice and really easy to communicate with.

I didn’t have a great experience in Wandsworth, the lady continued to laser me even though I was in loads of pain, she didn’t give me the option to stop or reduce the strength of the laser?

I had my appointment with Gemma today, she was really attentive and thorough.
I asked her for advice and she gave me all the information and made me feel at ease for the whole process.

The very kind friendly and professional lady who looked after me was BRILLIANT as always! Thank you very much see you next month.
