Where do I even begin? Finding Kasia has honestly been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease. She has the kindest, most calming presence, and you can instantly tell how much she genuinely cares about every single person who walks through her door. She never makes you feel like “just another client”—she takes the time to listen, answer every question, and makes you feel supported every step of the way.

The results I’ve had with my laser hair removal have completely exceeded anything I ever hoped for. I spent years feeling self-conscious, constantly shaving and worrying about regrowth, and now I genuinely can’t believe the difference. My experience at every skin has been fantastic so far, Helen is an absolute star, so professional, informative and friendly. She put me at ease for my treatment ( laser hair removal underarms/brazilian) so much so that I look forward to it!
I’ve had 2 treatments so far and the hair is nowhere to be seen, best money I’ve spent.
The clinic itself is very clean and friendly.

the person doing my treatment wasn’t experienced enough to carry the procedure. A lot of the areas weren’t covered properly.

It was my first time getting laser for underarms and I was feeling a bit nervous. However, the clinical aesthetician made feel me at ease by guiding me the step-by-steps of what would be expected to occur during the session. I felt reassured and heard. Ultimately, resulted in a smooth session and I already can’t wait for my second session!

Had an awesome facial today - glow and go, a microdermabrasion with a pumpkin mask and LED warm lighting to finish off. The beautician was super friendly and really good, thoroughly recommend!

The doctor who completed my procedure was amazing. She explained everything in a straightforward manner. During the procedure she talked to you all the time explaining what she was doing and reassuring you as she went along. It helped so much as I was a bit nervous as I had never had the procedure, and she was so calm and reassuring. It was also reassuring that she herself had had the process so knew first hand how things felt and what to expect. Cannot rate her highly enough.
