I’ve had such a great experience with this clinic and wanted to share how happy I am with my results. I’ve been having the Derma White Herbal Peel along with a course of RF Microneedling, and the difference in my skin has been amazing. My face is glowing, my skin looks much clearer, and even my old acne scars have noticeably improved.

The service has been first class from start to finish. Aliyah at reception is always so welcoming and helpful, and my consultant Laibah has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout my journey.

I’ve also been using the Zaheda skincare products, which have worked really well for my skin, and the ongoing support from Zaheda herself has been fantastic.

I have lupus (SLE) and due to photosensitivity, I have developed quite severe hyperpigmentation on my face. I paid £645 as a partial payment for a microneedling treatment package at this clinic. At no point was I informed—verbally or in writing—that this payment was non-refundable.
Due to ongoing mental health conditions, including ADHD and mild autism, I have been unable to attend sessions. These are protected disabilities under the Equality Act 2010, yet I was offered no reasonable adjustments or understanding. Instead, the clinic manager, Modjdeh Sheri, refused to issue a refund and tried to push a so-called "goodwill gesture" to transfer my treatment to someone else—which I did not ask for and do not accept.
This approach is unethical, manipulative, and shows a complete lack of care for vulnerable customers. I have now begun legal proceedings to recover the money I am owed. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone—especially those with disabilities or mental health conditions.

I had a really bad acne on my face for years from the age 22-25 years old. It was really bad and I was desperate to get help. I then discovered laser treatment clinic I contacted them and straight away I got my consultation and they examined my face and break down what treatment is best for me and the costs. They were very helpful and professional. I was booked in for 3 sessions. I only did 2 because of the pandemic lockdown and after the lockdown lifted I moved away therefore I never went back to get my last session.

However the results are amazing! I never thought I’ll get my face back but here I am with clear beautiful, healthy face! I looked younger and get compliments of how clear and healthy my face was.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I went from having 75+ melanin deposits on my face (hyper pigmentation), to clear skin after 10 sessions of the hyper pigmentation treatment. It (literally) left me with brand new skin.
I now get regular compliments on my skin - everywhere I go (in the street, at parties etc).

The products are second to none also. They help with both pigmentation and anti agening. Staff are really kind and understanding, since having these sorts of skin issues can really effect your confidence. Really highly recommend them, all around!
