1st class from start to finish

An amazingly friendly, professional and efficient service from start - including an unaccompanied and unrushed test drive - to finish (not forgetting a full tank of fuel!). We were incredibly well looked after and special recognition goes to Pavel for his patience and great care in explaining all the features of our new Evoque and for doing the big reveal! We were also impressed by the very effective and efficient communication through the Rockar portal, including the ease with which documents could be uploaded / downloaded. Response times for the messaging service were superb so no one should feel put off by the location of the Canary Wharf showroom (which was actually very convenient for us). Above all, Rockar were extremely competitively priced for new cars, including those with short lead-in times (which we needed). Well done Team and keep up the great work - we will certainly have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family!

I have bought 2 cars from Rockar and I will say that the purchasing process has always gone very smoothly. However, a different story when things go wrong. Lack of communication, me having to chase up to find out what is going on. My Evoque is 18 months old and has had numerous EV problems. It was in the garage for a new heater until last week and then I had to call LR assist out again yesterday! Rockar have not been helpful at all. They have not offered me any kind of resolution to the problems I have experienced. I would not recommend them as their after care has been terrible.

Found Rockar via Carwow and can’t speak highly enough of how easy the process was from start to finish. Was a little concerned about ordering from London given I live in Scotland but I shouldn’t have worried.

Got a great deal on my F-Pace which was delivered right to my door with a full tank of fuel within a concealed vehicle carrier.

Special mention to Omar who was really quick to respond to my queries and exceptionally helpful.

Juliet was really helpful and made the process simple and straightforward.

The buying process online - so easy and convenient. It's great to be able to deal with documentation online and track progress of the car. I love this method of buying.
The car was delivered on time by Darren, awesome chap, happy for a chat, took me through the main controls etc and ensured I was comfortable before he left.
This should be a 5* review right? Wrong... With 14 miles on the clock the car is on its way back to a dealer for defective lights. While the manufacturer is responsible for the build of the car, I do expect the dealer, prior to release to the customer, to be doing some checks! Lights is definitely on the list of what I expect to be checked. I have some lights not working at all and some intermittent as found by roadside recovery.. they advised an immediate return for in-depth review of the lighting system. We have a second car on order which will remain on order should this fault turn out to be easily fixed and I don't become a frequent visitor of the service bay of Landrover!

To keep it positive, aside from the dodgy lights and my first drive in the car being to a dealership service department, the buying process and customer service/communication with Rockar has been really great.
