You build your vehicle in your own time and pace and according to your budget with friendly staff there to help you at the end of the phone if you have any queries.
Would 100% recommend!

From the first phone call to reserve the car to the delivery was an extremely smooth easy process.
All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The car itself was presented immaculately. WE live 5 hours away and the car arrived via transporter in superb condition as described.

Excellent service from order to collection.

Based in Scotland, I was nervous about purchasing a car from Rockar who are based in Canary Wharf. I needn’t have worried. What a superb service they provided from initial enquiry to free vehicle delivery to my doorstep. Communication was excellent throughout the process both digital correspondence and phone. All my questions were answered and a fantastic finance package was provided. I cannot say enough about this company and the service they provide, I am a big fan!

Arranged to view car I had reserved. During my journey received email that car wasn’t read to view 😡

This company is streets ahead of dealerships that I’ve bought from before. From unbeatable pricing, first class customer service, quality car, friendly staff (especially Darren who delivered on time and gave his time to go through all my car’s features) all this and my car was effectively second hand and not brand new! I’ve bought far more expensive new cars from the likes of Porsche Leeds who can’t touch these levels of service. 10/10 company who deserve their customers.

Left messages twice for a call back regarding a placed order online. Still waiting on that call back.

Arizona Veljiu, at Rockar was excellent on the phone and helped me secure the vehicle. She explained everything about the buying process which was very easy. I also got the full spec and history.

Excellent customer service

Although we did not end up purchasing a vehicle through JLR Rockar. Our experience in the Canary Wharf dealership with Chloe was really great. We spoke about our needs for buying a car through PCP. She understood and talked through our options. She also took time to set up an account and add vehicles which met our preferences.
