The worse customer experience of my life. I was very interested in purchasing a used Range Rover Autobiography P530 from their Canary Wharf showroom, however, I had to continually chase for a response over several days, despite expressing my interest to conclude a deal. I was eventually contacted and was told the car had just been sold!!!! When expressing my frustration, The attitude was well they can sell at any time!! If they had bothered to respond, they could have sold it sooner!! I was expecting a premium service, but all I received was arrogance, unprofessionalism and disrespect, what a let down!!!

I have to say your response also bears little resemblance to my actual experience.

It appears to have been written more to reassure yourselves than to address the concerns I raised. I would be more than happy to share the email correspondence and response times, as they clearly demonstrate what actually occurred.

Contrary to your comments, I was not kept informed, I did not receive regular updates, and many of my questions went unanswered. Throughout the process, I genuinely felt as though I was dealing with an automated system rather than a customer focused dealership.

Having dealt with several other Land Rover dealerships over the years, I know the level of service that should be expected. Unfortunately, your service fell well short of that standard. The lack of communication, engagement, and professionalism was extremely disappointing, and your response does nothing to change that impression.

Enquiring on a used Octa they have for sale I was informed they don't allow test drives of the Octa.
Am I honestly expected to hand over £140000 Blind? Maybe dodged a bullet as it turns out they don't even have a service dept. they direct you to another JLR dealership.
Spoken to another dealership since with the same Octa black model and test drive was suggested before I even mentioned it. Rockar Canary Wharf a weird setup just a shop window no substance good if your shopping on price nothing else



I wanted a new Range Rover Sport and contacted Rockar who were very competitive so I placed an order .

That was the start of a very positive experience . Edward was extremely professional, helpful and very responsive to any questions . There is none of this “press one for sales etc “ . The phones are answered by people and messages and / or missed calls are responded to very very quickly . None of the frustrations of phones ringing out …. A very unusual albeit pleasant experience in these mechanical times .

It’s the same with e mails . Very quick and helpful responses .

Once the order was placed , the Customer Support Team (Carolann and Amy ) kicked in and the very positive experiences continued. They really were excellent . Again quick and helpful responses and any issues anticipated and resolved seamlessly . The whole process was very very smooth and easy .

Delivery was arranged quickly and Sam turned up in an enclosed van - delivery and collection of the trade in was completed very efficiently.

I would highly recommend Rockar . First Class service

I have recently purchased 2 brand new range rovers from Land Rover Rockar, my sales adviser Elisa was absolutely amazing, she kept me informed throughout the entire sales process, her experience and advice were excellent. She along with her manager Lee really gave me an experience I will remember and they both really looked after me, I will definitely be recommending them both and their service and I for sure will be using them again as a repeat client.

Rocker are just the best dealership in the country when it comes to Range/Land Rover. What they offer, their deals, their approach to sales (epitomised by Richard) which is more supportive than overwhelming is fantastic. It is fantastic and I would recommend anyone to go to them over any other dealership in the country.
