Was skeptical to buy because of original reviews but! I’m very glad I took the risk- the Rig I bought is just amazing, I received it within 5 days counting just business days within 3 days!! Fantastic- I’m not sure what the people are going through with the negative reviews but they seem very dishonest compared to my experience. I’d recommend you guys a million times over and will definitely be buying from you again. For those here looking to see if you should buy- (YOU SHOULD!!!) they’re amazing. Could improve on phone support services instead of just emails but that’s really the only thing I can recommend change to. :)

I ordered four boxes of billionaire hemp wraps sweet stacks today's February 14th I ordered them in December and I get a notification that the package was delivered after communicating with the owner of this place for weeks and half the orders missing and he just blatantly ignores me now he is stealing people's money because he does not have the stuff in stock

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a rolling tray in July, it's August 23rd and I still haven't received it. Not even a tracking number! Emailed them and got no response after I asked for a refund. 0/0 not recommended, definitely won't be buying from Kush Cargo ever again.

So I ordered lion circus wraps on July 4th and I waited a month and I still never received them so I wrote them an email and they sent me an email back telling me oh they are on backorder and they don't have them yet they'll have them in a week.so after a week I email Austin and he says he's sending me a free glass piece and the lion circus wraps, so another week goes by and Austin sends an email saying I got a glass piece delivered but I never got a glass piece delivered,so I emailed Austin again and now he tells me he dropped the ball and forgot to send the wraps,so no wraps and no glass piece and it's August 18th and I ordered on July 4th,I order wraps every week and it will never be from kush cargo again

We ordered wraps we couldnt find anywhere to find out that they were out of stock as well. However, this was the first place that gave me answer as to why we hadnt been able to find the wraps we wanted anywhere anymore. Austin kept me up to date on my order. Finally, we just decided to go with some different wraps, not only did Austin make that process simple and easy, but he made worth the wait as well! Once we got our oder fixed, it shipped crazy fast! Will older from Kush Cargo again. Their products and customer service are unique.

Kush Cargo is my favorite place to order from. The selection is unique and the quality of the products they have is excellent. My order was shipped quickly and arrived perfectly. Customer service is outstanding. I had a small problem and my email was answered quickly and the issue was taken care of. Austin went above and beyond. This is the only place that I will continue to order from. Great selection, quality items at the best prices and extremely helpful customer service.

Might buy from here if I see something I can’t live without (I’ll still search on other sites before ordering from yours).

It seems like there was a disconnect between the ordering online and their business? Maybe I’m giving them more than they deserve.

Ordered two items. Tried to track these items by clicking on the links, it lead me to a site that said “forbidden”. I gave it another week. Same story, in all it was maybe a week an a half maybe two and a half.

Emailed and they said they were so sorry!!!!

By now it’s been a damn MONTH.

People look for something to enjoy in this industry and unfortunately, y’all disappointed. Thank you for promptly refunding my money on the torch. Since it would be cost more than it’s worth for fire anyways.

HOWEVER—— The carb cap THAT I FINALLY RECEIVED was beautiful. We’ll see how long it lasts. It has some lines in the glass that makes me question, but it’s just a beautiful piece.

Scam website. Whether you order a pack of papers or a rig, you will not receive your package. If you wanna help then report them and the website for scam/fraud.

Stay away from Kush Cargo!! They only want your money!! I ordered A dab rig, first it didn't ship and when it did the irresponsible people? at Kush Cargo said it was delivered and it wasn't!! Liars are what they are!!!;

Okay this place is legit but is a really disorganized operation. I purchased 4 hemp rolls from here and they did not ship my package until I emailed them a week after purchasing. Then they only sent me three of the item and one of the flavors was wrong. So overall nothing terrible just badly organized, there are much better options out there.

Horrible company HORRIBLE would give 1 star if I could paid $70 for a rig over 4 months ago and never received it

Waited over a month just for them to tell me they didn't have the papers I wanted. Sent me smaller ones paid the same price obvious why 1 star

Probably won’t send your stuff in anything under 3 weeks for me at least. Even payed for 2 day shipping. Also payed for a case of papers that I never got but still had to pay for.

Dont shop here. They took my money, never shipped my product, and then when I told them I wanted my money back, they never sent it. Literally just robbed me of $60.

I just ordered two things from here they have some really nice peices and prices, I'm still waiting for them I emailed and austin said it had been shipp d just barely now I'm waiting for the other package to say shipped now I'm just waiting on too se how fast delivery is but so far the seem like a good company and great product
