I don’t usually write reviews but the service I received from dr rosh really wasn’t great. After experiencing a vascular occlusion in my lips from a different aesthetician, I really wanted to spend my time and research and research for someone that I could absolutely trust.
I saw all of his videos preaching about patient care and how he has our best interests at heart and will say no to filler when appropriate and the podcasts talking about body dysmorphia and the real affects it has on girls, I thought ok this is someone I can trust with my face and will actually take his time with treatment.
I travelled for hours to see him and all he did was talk at me, he didn’t give me the space to actually have a proper consultation and talk through anything, every time I tried to speak he would just talk over me - a completely opposite reflection to the patient care he portrays in his videos. They just schedule people in back to back so he was in and out of the room constantly and felt like I was not given the time of day.

He makes claims online of being a world class injector and said he loves it when people try to pick apart his videos because he knows how good he is. At the time I thought it was confidence in his ability but now I just think it’s complete arrogance.
He injected my face so quickly - I had no idea what was being injected, how much or what look was even trying to be achieved.
When I went back to talk through the situation - again he whizzed in and out the room and every time I spoke he just interrupted me. He insinuated that the reason I was unhappy with the result of my lips was due to me not being able to recognise a good result. I think a lot of injectors think we’re completely clueless and don’t understand what body dysmorphia is, the importance of finding a good injector, the importance of slowly building up to an achieved look, the importance of the type of filler being used, the technique, cannula vs needle, the type of dissolver used, the risks, the natural shape of your lips. So when we aren’t happy with the outcome it’s the first things they try to preach to us. Whilst all of the above is true - the result still did not look right.

After going to another provider they listened to me, paid attention to all of my concerns, talked me through absolutely everything, took their time injecting and talked me through every bit of the process. When I compare my lips now to what they were after seeing dr rosh they look so much better and I can see that I was right that they did not look right. I understand body dysmorphia is a real thing but it shouldn’t be used as a tool to gaslight patients into thinking the result looks good.

I am not claiming that he isn’t a good injector but unless you have 100k plus followers on instagram - he isn’t interested in you and he won’t give you the time of day.

I recently had some treatments done by Dr Rosh and all I can say is wow. He was outstanding, down to the efficiency and his eye for the work he does. I went to Dr Rosh to help with my asymmetrical insecurities on my face and he has hugely improved this for me and has raised my confidence. He was always honest throughout and actually advised me to have my lips dissolved (from previous work) which I was unsure of on first but now am so happy and glad I listened to him! His work is very natural which I also like, thank you again to Dr Rosh and all the lovely welcoming ladies at the clinic, wonderful service.

I am completely dissatisfied with my treatment at this clinic. Dr Rosh utilises a consultation style of basically pulling your face to pieces and telling you all the treatments he recommends for you to have done basically as a money making scheme with each treatment costing approximately £295 each. I came out of my appointment absolutely gobsmacked and so upset that he had recommended so many treatments for my face when i am preparing for my wedding and already feeling self conscious. I have subsequently been to another clinician to have my tear trough fillers dissolved after seeing a considerable amount of discolouration (not discussed as potential side effect to treatment called the Tyndall effect) under my eyes after treatment and not seeing any results/improvement. If anything they had been overfilled as he put even more in when i came back dissatisfied . I have given this company the chance to do the right thing but they do not seem to care about the emotional trauma i have endured all i have been offered is an apology by the Practice Manager and told they have taken my points on board for future consultations. I am now left out of pocket paying £395 and had to pay another £280 to have it dissolved elsewhere. I am absolutely heartbroken and will never use this clinic again. Completely unprofessional forgot to book me in for a follow up appointment, was left waiting over 45-50 mins. Staff arguing in front of me over who was using the room for treatment. Dr Rosh and his assistance laughing about his assistant forgetting to tell me about facial twitching after treatment with him saying ‘oh did you forget to tell the patient again’ and me panicking thinking it wasn’t normal and feeling uncomfortable. Dr Rosh also lied in my follow up appointment and said he had advised me at my first appointment i might not get the desired look as my lines were quite deep or words to that effect. This was never discussed and i wouldn't have gone ahead with the procedure if he wasn't confident with the results. He did not take my concerns seriously and said i was over analysing my eyes and dismissed my concerns. I have taken my complaint further and will await to see what the CQC and GMC have to say about this. I really wasn't going to post this but i think people need to be aware of my experience because i have never been to somewhere where i have felt so uncomfortable and been recommended multiple botox and filler treatments. I am only 28 years old and i think Dr Rosh needs to reflect on his consultation style and the negative damaging effect this can have on a woman's self esteem recommending additional treatments without consent to do so.

Made a complaint on how my eye bags looked the same except the smallest bit better Dr Roch told me they were 80 percent better he would say that 395.00 better off for 10 minutes work he. said he was a doctor and not a salesman he is wrong he wonts you to go back four or five times more that to me is selling and not a doctor with any concerns

The experience was extremely rushed and I did not feel like my needs were discussed because I am not an influencer…

I came to KLNIK for a few treatments and Dr Rosh and his team were amazing. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a smile. The practitioners are so thorough, friendly and supportive and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
My treatments with Dr Rosh were amazing. His attention to detail and understanding of why you are interested in certain treatments and suggesting what would and wouldn’t work are a breath of fresh air. He makes you feel comfortable in your own skin and is really patient and takes his time to be an utter perfectionist.
I would never and will never go anywhere else in the future. I couldn’t recommend KLNIK and all of its wonderful staff anymore!

I came to Klnik for my dry and textured skin and came out feeling like a new person. Loved the service I received - definitely VIP treatment for everyone. I got a consultation beforehand to focus on what would be best for my skin and got the treatment that was most suited. Gull did my facial and she definitely made it the most comfortable environment and gave me so many tips that would improve my skin. Would definitely be going again. Thank you klink x

Couldn’t recommend enough! I go to KLNIK for everything from laser hair removal, to facials to filler and I don’t trust anyone like I trust Dr Rosh and his team. Dr Rosh is the BEST in the game when it comes to filler, he works with your natural features and gives subtle enhancements to give the best look for you! If you’re looking to get filler, Dr Rosh is your man! The rest of the team are also amazing, they make you feel so at ease and are so helpful when answering any questions you might have. KLNIK is the best ❤️

I cannot recommend klnik enough. The layout of klnik is lovely and I always feel so comfortable there. All the staff make you feel welcomed and Dr. Rosh is the best at what he does.

Have been to Klink to see Dr rosh for the third time now for my tear trough filler and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Am always really pleased with the results

Dr Rosh and his staff are very professional. I had my filler dissolved with Rosh and it was a very quick and painless experience- Rosh is also very clear and talks you through the process and I was made to feel extremely comfortable and welcome throughout all of my appointments.

My recent visit to Klnik I had lip filler correction since my filler dissolving session 2 weeks prior and I am so pleased with the results! My lips look amazing yet still so natural- no bruising and I usually always experience some bruising with Dermal fillers.

The process was excellent from start to finish. Lovely buildings and interior. Debbie organised all my appointments and was able to accommodate any changes I wanted to make. Really pleased with the results!
