I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Dr Rosh Clinic/Klinik and being completely ignored for 4 weeks following a formal complaint, I feel compelled to share this.

This was one of the most disappointing aesthetic experiences I’ve had in over 15 years of having treatments. I paid £445 for 3 areas of Botox and have been left in worse condition than I went in with.

At both appointments I was left waiting for extremely long periods without apology or communication. The consultations felt extremely rushed, impersonal and quite rude, with very little time taken to properly discuss the treatment plan or expectations.

At my initial appointment, I clearly explained the areas I wanted treated, which I have had successfully done many times before. However, only part of the area was treated, with the explanation that we would “see how it settles” and review it at a follow-up appointment which I was happy to do as I trusted his opinion. However In all my years of getting Botox I’ve never had someone inject me so quickly or painfully. After two weeks, I had to chase the clinic myself via WhatsApp as no follow-up contact had been made.

I was then incorrectly informed I may need to pay again depending on appointment timing, despite the original treatment intentionally being left incomplete pending review. The second appointment was equally disappointing. Again, I experienced a long wait and the treatment felt very rushed and uncomfortable, with little professionalism or aftercare provided. I was put in what felt like a storage room compared to the lush appointment room on the first visit that is shown on social media. He rushed out the door that quickly I didn’t even have time to ask the questions that I wanted to.

Several weeks later, the results remain poor. My forehead is still visibly wrinkled and my eyebrows are completely uneven. I do not feel I received the standard of care or result expected for the price charged. I originally booked this treatment because I have important events coming up and wanted to feel confident beforehand. Unfortunately, due to the poor results, I am now in the position of having to seek corrective treatment elsewhere, which means even more expense, time, and stress.

What is especially frustrating is that this is a treatment I have had many times before at other clinics for a fraction of the cost, with significantly better results and far more professional care.

Most concerningly, I submitted a formal written complaint and refund request 4 weeks ago and have received no formal response whatsoever, despite being told the clinic’s complaint response time is 28 days.

I understand treatments can vary person to person, but the lack of professionalism, poor communication, disappointing outcome, and complete failure to respond to a formal complaint has left me extremely dissatisfied considering the price point.

The overall experience left me feeling that unless you are a celebrity, influencer, or someone with a large social media following, the level of care and attention simply is not the same. As a paying client spending a significant amount of money, I expected to feel valued and properly looked after but this was not the case. I will now be seeking legal advice. Extremely disappointed.

* have just had a response saying that the reason for my forehead still wrinkled is due to “The clinical approach adopted by Dr Rosh is to preserve natural facial movement rather than produce a fully immobilised ("frozen") result.” So basically you can pay £445 and you won’t get the result you are looking for and will walk out of the clinic the exact same way you walked in. No mention of my eyebrows now being completely uneven and needing corrective treatment. Feels like a complete scam. Taking legal action

When I first went to see Dr Rosh I had complete filler blindness and genuinely thought I needed more. He took one look at me and said, “let’s dissolve and start again”, it was the BEST decision I’ve ever made. I finally feel like me again. 🤍✨

Now I see him every 6 months, he keeps me feeling my best, never overfills or does anything unnecessarily and that’s why I really trust him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 🤍

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Been going to Dr Rosh since 2022 and see him annually for top ups. He’s genuinely and incredible injector that is fast efficient and provides natural results. He’s honest (sometimes says No to filler which I think is a really good sign) but also kind and compassionate at the same time.

I recently had my treatments here and couldn’t be happier with the results. Mary was a real credit to the team—she was incredibly helpful and took the time to share her own experiences, which really supported me in making my decision.

The whole team was professional and welcoming throughout, and Dr Rosh was amazing. I felt completely at ease and trusted his expertise from start to finish. I’m so pleased with my results and would highly recommend them.

Dr Rosh is an expert at what he does. I've been going to Dr Rosh for around 3/4 years now and I am always so incredibly happy with the results! When I was 18 I had filler done elsewhere (before I found Dr Rosh) and it was done very badly. Luckily I then came across Dr Rosh and I would never go elsewhere again!
Thank you Dr Rosh for always making me feel the most confident version of myself.

I went to see dr rosh last august for a consultation - i waited well over half an hour with no update when my appt would be. It was in some tiny little room in the middle of London downstairs, didnt feel like a proper clinic at all.

I then was greeted by a trainee, who had way too much work done herself - but she was fine enough, not the friendliest.

Dr Rosh then came in the room, and i felt like i was annoying him even in his chair - he listed a load of things i needed done in his opinion, which is fine - but then when i asked how much it was going to cost, he kind of smirked at me and didnt answer and shrugged. he made me feel really pathetic for even being concerned about the price that i would have to pay.

I expressed to him that i was really nervous to be getting multiple areas done, and i wanted it really natural. He shrugged me off and left the room with the assistant and didnt even address me. when he came back in, i said can you please do the 1 area you think will make the biggest difference, as i didnt have enough money to be spending thousands.

He did my lips, and when he showed me at the end i freaked out as they had swollen up so much and the top one was huge and overhanging, i thought that i was going to have a duck profile. I said i think theres too much in there - and he got super angry, and told me that i should never have got it done as i was far too anxious. he got really nasty real quick and then told me that he had spoken with the assistant outside the room and said that they shouldnt put any filler in my face as i was not mentally ready for it - why did you do it then? i came in for a consultation to discuss and you have now made me feel really stupid and then instead of putting me at ease made me feel 10x worse.

anyway, after a week the swelling did go down, and i did like the result. But the entire experience was awful, and i would never ever give him my money again.

The team at KLINIK are engaging & professional from the moment you enter. I had on this occasion a full face evaluation on the quality of my skin with Mary. The advice is very formative with no hard sale, it is information for you to take away and decide later.
My main appointment with Dr Rosh and his assistant Amelia, is my third visit. The progress and results are completely on track. We discussed on my first appointment in 2025 what I wanted to achieve. Dr Rosh advised what options I could take and I was more than happy to go ahead. The manner in which Dr Rosh advises on procedures is exceptional. He sees the vision and results you are aiming for and allows you to feel confident within the space. Amelia is also an important part of your visit. Her ability to engage and make you feel calm and relaxed is very much appreciated. The Wilmslow clinic is a great destination you should visit when taking that time out for yourself, you deserve it.

I visited on the 14th for the first time to discuss tear trough with Dr Rosh. I don’t usually write reviews however the service I received from start to finish was fantastic. I am someone who can be critical sometimes, yet I couldn’t find a single fault during my experience. Klnik is one of the most professional clinics I have been to and I even received a skin analysis and advice on how to improve my skin, with no pressure put on me to purchase the recommended products. All of the ladies that work here are very friendly. My appointment was a little later than scheduled however it is clearly stated in emails that there might be a delay due to Dr Rosh demand therefore this wasn’t an issue at all. I arrived a little nervous but after discussing options with Dr Rosh and his knowledge I immediately felt relaxed and confident I was in good hands and I was very happy with my treatment. I have already recommended Klnik to all of my friends in Newcastle and I am looking forward to my next appointment :)

I can’t recommend Dr. Rosh and his staff enough. I will not be going anywhere else for my treatments. I’m always left impressed, looking fresh and like I’ve lost a few years off my face… I also enjoy seeing the same faces all the time, Amelia & Huma have become faces that I look forward to seeing, I love catching up with them, I love knowing my best interests are taken into consideration. Dr Rosh will ask me what I would like but if there’s a possibility it will look fake, he will advise against it and that’s my favourite thing about his work. I know I will not come out of there unhappy or scary looking… my husband who was completely against cosmetic work, drops me off and waits for me and they also make him feel welcome. Even he cannot deny the amazing service and excellent work by Dr Rosh.
