I paid £280 (including a 30% first-visit discount)to Dr Maryam Attar-Zadeh for Botox treatment in three areas, based on a previous one-off appointment with the same doctor at Therapie Clinic.

My first appointment at her own clinic, Koncept Clinic in Kingston, took place on 24 October. At the two-week review, the doctor reassured me that the wrinkles would resolve. However, after two months there was absolutely no visible effect.

When I contacted the clinic to request a follow-up appointment, I was refused and treated unprofessionally. I was later told that the doctor prefers a “natural” result, despite my clear request for visible improvement and despite being explicitly reassured during the initial consultation that the treated areas would be wrinkle-free.

Charging £280—when comparable clinics typically charge £140–£180 even without promotional discounts—for a treatment that produced no result at all and was followed by a refusal to review or correct the outcome is unacceptable.

I seen Dr Maryam for Botox and PRP for my receding hairline and so happy with my results. She is professional, yet friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr Maryam has the ‘’magic touch.’’ I have started having small doses of Botox and fillers to give me a fresher look and wow, I’m always pleased with the results. Dr Maryam knows exactly the right amount to use and never goes over the top. I look more rested but no one is able to guess that I had anything to my face.
