I’ve been going to Dr Rosh for years now, and every time I absolutely love my results. Everyone at Klink is so welcoming, and from my very first consultation in 2021, I knew immediately that I was in safe hands. Dr Rosh’s expertise, care, and precision instantly puts you at ease, and I always appreciate how honest and thorough he is throughout the entire process. The results are always subtle and natural but have made a huge difference. For my latest appointment, I flew from Ireland to Manchester for a few hours just to see him as I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face again!

Absolutely incredible service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr Rosh is not only great at what he does, he listens and gives you exactly what you need. Recommend to anybody who is thinking about getting filler and Botox!

I've been attending Klnik with Dr Rosh and his team since May 2025. I was completely new to aesthetic treatments so I was a little bit nervous but Dr Rosh and his team were so patient and went at my pace. I've since been attending for treatments regularly and intend to continue doing so. There is no other doctor I'd trust with my face and the work that Dr Rosh is doing is immpeccable. I'm so happy with the results! The whole team at Klnik are so lovely (in particular the lovely Amelia and Huma who is always so welcoming). Both clinics at Manchester and Wilmlsow are modern, clean, and comfortable (although my personal preference is the lovely rural location of the Wilmslow clinic!). If you're hesitating about starting treatments (or perhaps thinking of trying somewhere new), I couldn't recommend Klnik more highly. Dr Rosh's vision for the face and for knowing exactly how things will develop is honestly outstanding. The results just keeping getting better over time. Thank you Dr Rosh and the team at Klnik!

My experience with Dr Rosh has been amazing. He is the only doctor I trust with my face. His results are always perfect yet keep me looking natural which I love! I couldn’t recommend enough!

I truly didn’t expect to leave feeling this badly treated, especially considering how much I paid. The consultation itself was fine, but once it came time for the actual procedure, the experience completely changed. This was my first time, and instead of being understanding or reassuring, I felt rushed, unsupported, and uncomfortable throughout the process.
I was given incorrect information beforehand about pricing and the amount of ml I needed and was told the treatment would fix my hip dips. When I arrived, I was then told it wasn’t enough. During the procedure, the doctor only came in to inject and left immediately after, with no explanation or support. His attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse.
What made this especially disappointing is that I chose this clinic because of what I saw on TikTok. The way the doctor and clinic present themselves online is nothing like how I was treated in person. I paid significantly more than other places—many of which offer experienced doctors at lower prices—and expected a higher level of care. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Overall, this was an upsetting and expensive experience, and I would not recommend this clinic. Even after there was no after pictures no details on what and what not to do straight away I had to ask all the questions very DISAPPOINTING.

I came to the clinic with over filled lips and they were unsymmetrical. I was really nervous about dissolving my filler as it had been years since I saw myself without. Dr Rosh was amazing and I can only describe him as a perfectionist. I was actually a really difficult case as when we dissolved the filler I had a natural asymmetry and I actually had 5 appointments to get my symmetrical lips. I can’t thank him enough for not just letting me leave because I’d had so many appointments, he genuinely wanted to get this right for me and I am so so happy. The results have been AMAZING. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
Also had Botox massateur which he recommended and I love it.

I’ve been going to Dr Rosh for over a year now. Initially I approached Dr Rosh because I had been left with some nodules and subsequent lumps from haphazard hyalaise dissolving of a previous aesthetic doctor.
I had seen Dr Rosh utilise US led dissolving and his experience with complications on social media, so I approached him.

I have received an absolutely meticulous level of treatment from him from the get go. Everything has always been explained and I have loved how he has approached my treatment journey cautiously given my past experiences.

I have filler and Botox with Dr Rosh and the results are so subtle but I somehow look prettier. I completely trust his judgement and expertise in what I need.

Finally, everyone is always so friendly and lovely from the moment I make an appointment to when I leave and my follow ups - it’s one of my favourite days out!!

I have had Botox with Dr Rosh and I am very happy about the results ! I think he is fantastic ! He works very fast and thorough, and he is very polite and cordial ! I have had Botox in some other clinics in the past, and one in particular was very dodgy! So I am relieved to have found this place , and be in the hands of someone professional , who cares about doing the job right, and giving good and natural results to his patients ! For my future Botox , I am definitely having Dr Rosh again!

Really happy with my results from the tier 1 non surgical rhinoplasty, the procedure was painless and results are so natural. Both the nurse and dr rosh put me at ease and made the experience relaxing. Would definitely trust dr rosh with this procedure again and go back for anything else I’d want doing.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rosh in the Wilmslow branch. He was so professional, reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process felt comfortable from start to finish, and the results already look incredible. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Rosh and the clinic enough!

I visited KLNIK in Wilmslow on 2 April 2025 for a Botox treatment to my forehead. Straight after the injections, I noticed bruising and a small lump at one of the sites. This later developed into a persistent red mark that hasn’t faded. The area was visibly marked from the moment the appointment ended.

The appointment felt faster-paced than what I’m used to, and the injection at the site where the mark remains was unusually painful for me. I mentioned the pain at the time and left the appointment feeling unsettled by how that moment was handled.

To try to improve the mark, the clinic offered me complimentary sessions: IPL on 30 April and 28 May 2025, and an M22 ResurFX treatment on 23 July 2025. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any improvement after these.

After these treatments, I asked if I could speak directly with the clinician about the next steps. Instead, the information was relayed to me by a staff member, which left me unsure how to move forward. I also sensed some discomfort when discussing the situation, which added to my concerns.

I have kept photos, WhatsApp messages, and emails documenting how the mark changed over time and my conversations with the clinic.

A few of my appointments were moved to later dates, which left me feeling as though I wasn’t always given consistent priority. This may also have contributed to the rushed feeling I had during the original appointment.

This review reflects my personal experience and how the situation made me feel, in case it helps others when making their own decisions.

This is my second time getting a non surgical rhinoplasty with Dr Rosh, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anybody else with it. He’s careful, considerate and factors in what’s best for you individually every single time. My results are always flawless, and so natural looking. Also would love to mention how amazing his assistant Amelia is - she’s the sweetest, always love seeing them both!
