I’ve been coming to Dr Rosh for about two years now for Botox, filler and lasers for the skin. I absolutely LOVE my results which are always natural but noticeably harmonize my face. Dr Rosh is knowledgeable, patient and I’ve never bruised from any needles, even lip filler. I would highly recommend Dr Rosh for anyone looking for a trusted aesthetic Dr in the London / Manchester area.

The team were fantastic and Dr Rosh is the best. Now I know why people travel to see him now.
The clinic in Wilmslow is stunning as well.

I recently had nose filler and a lip flip done at Klinik by Dr Rosh and today was my follow up treatment to go over any concerns post treatment. As experienced in my initial appointment, the team are so friendly, helpful and welcoming! I left my appointment feeling even happier with my results (plus reassured around any of the numbness I’d experienced after the lip flip procedure - which put my mind at ease). Thanks again Dr Rosh & the beautiful Klinik team 🥰

If I could give 0 star I would. I got my lips done at this klinic as soon as I looked in the mirror I said noo they are uneven I don’t like them. He said it is swelling just wait for the swelling to go down and come back in two weeks. So I go back in 2 weeks and still it was so uneven, he admitted it was uneven but with an awful attitude. Not to mention the assistant chipped in with a bad attitude also. Then we go back and forth me mentioning how my lips were even before even showing pictures. He then saying “I’m not deeping it”. What kind of joke is that ? WELL I AM DEEPING IT, ITS MY FACE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. Anyway I knew then I would never ever ever be back there to even try to fix them. I went somewhere else and had to dissolve them 2x before getting them redone. FOR reference my lip did not even look like a lip after I walked out of there, it looks like a slug, the Cupids bow was completely removed it was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen. I litrally cried in the car on the way home and I could not even look at myself in the mirror. I wish I could attach pictures for reference so you can see how bad it was. And imagine, my lips now are so perfect and I paid LESS THAN HALF what he changes. I don’t mind to pay whatever I am not fussy at all, but at least have the skills to back up your prices.

The worst cosmetic experience I’ve ever had in my life. It’s the coldest and most unfriendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door.

Dr Rosh got me there under false pretences after PLT posted a video of me that went viral and he offered a collaboration. Turned up and not a word about this and I’d travelled over three hours.

It was so unfriendly and stuck up I felt as if I had to get something done.

Not to mention he started to point out lots of areas on my face that needed filler. I’ve always had high cheekbones my entire life and been very secure of this fact, lo and behold he suggested cheek filler?! For anyone that lacks confidence or is insecure it is easy for a man like him to make someone feel awful about how they look.

Also I saw him for about ten minutes because a girl did all the questionnaires and forms as well as even filling up the syringes ready for him as he left the room to do god knows what.

Dr Rosh saved my face from dissolving years of filler and enhancing my natural beauty. so happy to have found him appreciate him so much!

Very accommodating, polite, informative and helpful

From the moment I arrived at Klnik, everything was perfect.
The reception staff were professional and friendly and even offered me a bottle of water, which was a nice gesture.
The lady doing my Flawless Facial was called Gul, she was amazing. She was so Informative about what she was doing and made sure I was okay throughout the facial.

The team are super good at recommending the best treatment For you as an individual Lana got me booked in for six sessions of laser hair removal which I was told is grateful avoid avoiding ingrown hair and I was seen to by Iesha Who gave me great techniques that completely helped the pain and a great exfoliating lotion to see the best results. I can already see a difference. I can’t recommend the team anymore. What a great experience.

Visited KLNIK in Harvey Nichols Friday just gone, Wanted to find information about upcoming Mother’s Day and if they had anything special for that day.

Firstly would like to say the lady on reception (Lana I think her name was) was very welcoming soon as I stepped through the door. Help go through what treatments available within the clinic.

I then had a brief consultation which I found so helpful as ideally I had no idea what to book for my mother in law. The lady delivering the consultation (iesha) went through all treatments with me in depth in order for me to understand exactly what I’d be booking. Very helpful loved the fact they made time to explain, despite me being indecisive.

I had an awful experience earlier that day visiting clinic in order to find the right one. KLNIK was the 3rd clinic I visited and within minutes of walking in, I felt so comfortable, I knew it was the one.

Looking forward to booking in, knowing my mother in law will be well looked after thanks to the front team.

I came into the Manchester Harvey Nichols clinic initially to enquire about the glass skin facials after seeing it advertised online and after previous bad experiences in other clinics I can say I was pleasantly surprised!

The girls on the front desk were so welcoming and didn’t mind answering any questions that I had and really made me feel comfortable! Everyone was so friendly and seemed very happy to help.

After enquiring due to the overall experience and knowledge of the treatments I can say I’m so excited to start my treatment journey with KLNIK and can’t wait to see the end results!

I came in for my second laser hair removal appointment and the receptionist Lana was so welcoming, offered me water, and was full of energy and joy which helped me really settle in! Iesha was my clinician today. She was so professional, informative and I learnt so much in my session! She gave me some great aftercare advice and made me feel so comfortable in my appointment!

Its always a pleasure to come into the KLNIK for my treatments. Dr Rosh always takes his time and most of all he is very honest. His work is super natural and i wouldnt even think about going anywhere else. The team is very friendly. Highly recommend

I have always had a positive experience with Dr Rosh and his team. I have always felt seen and cared for at each and every appointment and go away with more confidence to face the world. It is always busy with people keen to see Dr Rosh and be worked on by his hands but you never feel rushed during your time with him and he gives each and every person the time they deserve, to feel happy to go forward with treatment and to be treated beautifully and precisely.

Shattered smiles is all you get as soon as you walk in. I went to the Wilmslow clinic and the first thing you hear is some lovely peaceful music that will instantly distract you from what’s to come. Dr Rosh loves to give his employees a good side eye and make his appearance very short. I got tear trough treatment and god strike me down if I lie. 2 weeks later, I told Dr Rosh to his face that I did not notice a single difference and asked for before pictures (which I am still waiting for and it’s been over 1 month). I told him that it’s easy to edit photos and add brightness to make the affected area look like it’s been magically reduced in which he responded by saying “well we don’t do that”. They keep telling me that it’s due to a change in management that they need to get authorisation to send photos of MYSELF. If you ever decide to go, please pay attention to the state of Dr Rosh’s tear trough filler that he or someone did on him and then ask yourself if he’s happy with those results on himself, surely whatever he does with you, he’ll be happy with also. If you’re willing to spend money on the hype around him, go for it but if it’s real results that you’re wanting then save your money.

My mum went to get her lips dissolved which led her getting weird lumps at the top of her lip the skin bit, so she went back to say she wasn’t happy with the treatment he left her waiting for an hour or so and then WALKED OUT THE ROOM mid conversation and told her to speak to his secretary. I kept holding off to write this review even though it happened months ago because I’m not one to bash someone but more people have even complained to me about him and she has worked hard for her money for her to be disrespected like that.

It was my first time seeing Dr Rosh and his wonderful team in London today, I was welcomed by each member and had lovely conversations with them all. It’s understandable a well known and sought after Dr may get delayed but this is very well explained in T&C’s which can be found on the Klnik website and emails. I was updated along the way and wasn’t left alone, there was always a team member close by to ensure everything was ok and I was very well looked after.

I am not instagram famous or a celebrity but this really did not matter. I was treated with the same care and urgency. My consultation was very thorough, my concerns were heard and Dr Rosh and his team made me feel so confident before even getting any treatments done.

Dr Rosh’s approach is like no other, he will not force any treatments on you and will actually do the minimum he can, whilst achieving the best results - natural but effective! I went in wanting so many things done or thinking there was so much wrong with my face but I was reassured this was not the case. I only needed a few tiny tweaks which have made such a difference.

I walked out of the clinic today feeling more confident than ever and I cannot wait for my next visit.

A really disappointing experience. I went to visit Dr. Rosh for a consultation after seeing him online and liking the thorough discussions. This was not the experience I had and it felt like as a ‘regular’ person without a following I was not worth his time.

First of all the set up is strange. I was left waiting over 45 mins past my appointment time, initially in their downstairs area and then moved upstairs to a random sofa amongst clothing. Not a premium experience.

When Dr. Rosh decided to finally see me there was no acknowledgement of the lateness - in fact he was still having a meeting with a guy with laptops out etc. The consultation was rushed, it seemed he was distracted. The questions were not in depth, he didn’t once ask me whether I wanted to achieve a natural look or have dramatic changes - I have never had anything done before. He recommended several treatments totaling over £3.5k. After a 5 minute consultation, Dr Rosh left the room and I was left with an assistant to ask any questions and decide what I wanted done that day. The consultation cost £50 - I am a beautician and give longer consultations for people’s nails that last 4 weeks not their face!!

It felt rushed; like he was distracted and I was interrupting his meeting. This feeling was confirmed for me when I left the room to see he was sat on the sofa continuing the meeting with the other guy. They noted they had time to do a treatment today - so if time was available why was a paid for consultation rushed? It felt there was no acknowledgement or appreciation of the fact these treatments are a big deal and decision, they were not explained fully, I was recommended a crazy amount of treatments, and the whole thing felt off.

It seems to me that Dr. Rosh has an ideal face he strives for, and recommends treatments to get you to that face, rather than offering bespoke personal treatments to enhance your own features. I do not want to look like somebody else, I want to look like ME with a few tweaks and the fact this was not even questioned as part of the consult is such a red flag to me.

He also recommended massater Botox, which I mentioned I was hesitant for as I’d seen online it can cause jowls. He poo poo’d this, and seemed insulted I was querying this - but surely he should be warning people of potential impact of treatment as further research shows it can and does cause this in the wrong candidate!! I would be devastated if I had gone along with this without detailed info on the potential side affects only for my face to become jowly in order to “fix” an issue I am not even bothered about nor mentioned to him as one of my priorities or reasons for coming in!

After reading other reviews I am so glad I didn’t cave to pressure to have treatment that day and instead went away and decided against it. I have since been to see another practitioner who was disgusted by the amount of filler recommended to me, she instead recommended dermaforce Microneedling, hydrofacials and a review in a couple of months to see if I want any Botox but she believes I can get the results I want without any injectables. I have some slight lines either side of my smile, after one session of Microneedling these have gone whereas Dr. Rosh recommended 1ml of filler which clearly was not needed.

A cold, poor level of customer service, a greedy money first approach, and frankly in my opinion an immoral approach to aesthetics which does not factor in uniqueness or personal preference.

I found Dr. Rosh on TikTok and booked a consultation, but my 4:00 PM appointment ended up starting at 5:20 PM with no explanation. I went in with the intention of getting jawline filler and dissolving some old lip filler, but Dr. Rosh immediately suggested a range of other treatments, telling me that "jaw filler won’t do what you want for your face." He pointed out issues I had never noticed, like "hollow" under eyes and an uneven face, and pushed me to consider tear trough filler, Botox, and cheek filler. I was taken aback since I’d only planned for the lip dissolve and jaw filler.

Though I initially agreed to his suggestions, I quickly backtracked before the treatment began. This seemed to frustrate him, and he stormed in and out of the room while checking his phone. I found myself trying to justify my decision to him, explaining that it wasn’t about his idea of beauty—it was about what I wanted for my face. He left again, then came back in and suggested I go away and think about it more because I had changed my mind on his recommendations. I insisted I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in and was firm about sticking to jaw and lip dissolve.

He proceeded with the treatments, but the results were underwhelming. The jaw filler made no noticeable difference, and there were lumps and unevenness. The final bill came to £800, which felt excessive for the lack of results. The entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Rosh to anybody.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Rosh if you’re looking for a consultation where you’re truly listened to and treated professionally. It’s clear how someone with insecurities could be easily influenced by his “suggestions” and leave with a hefty bill. It felt more like he was focused on creating insecurities to push more treatments, rather than offering honest, tailored care.
