After much research and a few purchases, I found King Loot to truly be the perfect wallet. Everything I need and want and nothing else. Great feel, form, function, and the patina after a few months looks even better. Just bought me second one.

I received the crossbody body bag and absolutely love it. The size is perfect for carrying around just what I need. It’s super stylish and sturdy. The craftsmanship is amazing.

Easy. Alrhough there could be some clearer instructions to request refund without and order number. Just took an email response then filling out form.

The kingsloot is a little bigger than I wanted. But the quality and the design/functionality is awesome! Its a little pricy. But with lifte time warranty. It's definitely worth the price.

I purchased a Kings Loot Money Clip Onyx / Supreme for myself last month and I've never been more satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. I bought it sight unseen, but felt comfortable with the videos, reviews and how this wallet would work for me to order it. Once it arrived, it blew away all of my expectations. The quality, product, packaging and presentation of the Money Clip was worth the value I perceived and then some. I agree with their confidence in saying I'll never need another wallet again.

What can I say. I was looking into a slim minimal wallet with money clip and rfid features. KingsLoot wallet came in clutch.

Their website is scammy and their customer service team is unprofessional. I ordered a wallet for my husband for his birthday. After checking out, a deal popped up on the screen to order another wallet at a discount. I thought I should get this for my brother for his birthday, so I clicked on it and expected to be taken to the checkout screen again, so I could put in my brother's address. Instead of being sent to a checkout screen again, my card was simply charged for both wallets, and they are both being sent to my address. I contacted their customer service immediately, hoping to change the address and Amber was rude and would not do anything to help. I'm very disappointed and have never experienced such horrible customer service.

It’s unfortunately very rare that a company stands behind what they say, but this company does!

purchased a wallet from King’s Loot that developed a defect. I contacted the company and was informed that, under their lifetime warranty, they would send a replacement. However, the wallet they sent was a completely different model, which they claimed was an “upgraded version.” The product did not appear to be an upgrade in quality or function and did not match my original wallet, so I informed them that I did not wish to keep it.

After some difficulty, the company finally agreed to accept the return of the replacement wallet. Despite this, they then charged me a $29.97 “processing and handling fee” under their lifetime warranty terms and refused to refund this amount. In effect, they sent an inferior replacement for a defective product and then charged me to return it, which feels misleading and highly questionable from a customer service standpoint.

King Loot sent a message acknowledging my frustration and encouraging me to reach out to their support team for assistance. However, I have contacted their support numerous times, and their response has consistently been that the $29.97 charge is a non-refundable, non-negotiable item. Their most recent message appears to be a response merely for the sake of formality, to give the impression that my concern is being addressed, which is not the case.

Purchased a money clip as a Christmas gift. Read all your claims about ease of exchanging, returning etc. before buying. Recipient did not like it on sight so brand new, never used. Filled out form on Kingsloot returns site and submitted it. Have heard nothing, no information on where to return it or anything else. Customer service telephone numbers are wrong (one was answered saying I reached FedEx and I checked the number and called twice, other was never answered). Would like to return it but seems my return request will not be answered in time. Be careful buying from a company that makes returns just about impossible

This company scams people. I bought a wallet from them over Christmas based on their huge advertisements about being able to return it if I wasn't fully satisfied, lifetime warranties, etc. My boyfriend got it, put the tracker into the "high quality" leather tracker pocket and then decided he didn't like it (never carried it, never used it) just put the tracker into the alleged high quality leather tracker pocket. They said that we "damaged" the "high quality" leather by using the wallet exactly as it is designed to be used...i.e. the leather is so cheap (not high quality) that even using the wallet as intended damages it. Having bought high quality wallets and purses in the past I assure you that using the leather as intended does not damage an actual high quality product. I then looked them up on Reddit and Facebook complaints and there are literally hundreds of people they have done this too. It is all over the internet. This company is a scam and they rip people off routinely. Buy from anyone else. If you have any issue at all they are going to rip you off.

I had a problem and you promptly corrected it . I was very happy with the quality of your product and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend your product which is why I bought 4 for my family members. Trese

Kings loot has been the best wallet I have ever owned. My card strap broke off and they replaced my wallet under their lifetime warranty. VERY HAPPY that they stand behind their product.

Their customer service is horrible. All automated replies. Uncaring for circumstances, rude and automated. Return police is horrible!! Never order from this company...total scammer and the quality isn't as top notch as they claim!! I tried to ask a question about uploading photos waited a few days and then it was past my 30 days return window. They would not acknowledge that. They also had a special running for black Friday, advertising great for Christmas gifts but yet the Black Friday special doesn't allow for returns after Christmas! Horrible...
