Really appreciate the lifetime warranty. I used my wallet for about two years and I loved it. I had a pull tab strap break and asked their customer service if it was possible to get replaced under the warranty and they said yes! Paid $30 bucks for shipping etc, but def a great wallet! I love how it feels softer over time.
