Their customer service is horrible. All automated replies. Uncaring for circumstances, rude and automated. Return police is horrible!! Never order from this company...total scammer and the quality isn't as top notch as they claim!! I tried to ask a question about uploading photos waited a few days and then it was past my 30 days return window. They would not acknowledge that. They also had a special running for black Friday, advertising great for Christmas gifts but yet the Black Friday special doesn't allow for returns after Christmas! Horrible...

Formal Complaint Regarding Return Policy and Customer Feedback Practices
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with Kings Loot, specifically relating to product expectations, return policy enforcement, and the handling of customer feedback.
I purchased a Kings Loot wallet as a Christmas gift for my husband during the week of Thanksgiving. He was genuinely excited to receive it, as he had been interested in your wallets for over two years due to the advertised RFID protection, lifetime warranty, and overwhelmingly positive online reviews.
After opening the gift, he quickly realized that it did not meet his expectations. In particular, I believe the product is misleadingly advertised. The wallet is marketed as holding up to 15 cards and 15 bills; however I don’t see how it could hold more than 3 cards and a drivers license. Even allowing for leather stretch over time, it is difficult to imagine how the advertised capacity is realistically achievable without severely compromising usability.
Despite this, I reluctantly attempted to initiate a return on December 25—approximately 29 days after purchase and within the stated 30 day return window. When I attempted to submit the return, I got an error message from the Kings Loot website. I reached out to Kings Loot customer support email on December 26th, approximately 30 days after purchase and didn’t receive a response until December 27th. Since then, I have sent and/or received 19 separate communications from Kings Loot, ranging from automated responses to replies from representatives. Ultimately, we were informed that Kings Loot would not honor a refund and would instead only offer store credit, despite the return being requested within the 30-day period. While we appreciate the offer, there is nothing else Kings Loot provides that we are interested in purchasing.
This outcome has been both frustrating and disappointing. Given the nature of holiday gift purchases, we would have expected reasonable flexibility around return timelines in November and December. Regardless, our request still fell within the advertised return policy, yet a refund was denied.
More concerning than the return denial itself is how customer feedback was handled. After feeling we had exhausted all reasonable options, I left a negative review on Kings Loot website, and my husband and I both left feedback on Facebook regarding the wallet. Shortly thereafter, my husband and I were both blocked from the Kings Loot Facebook page, and the review I left on the Kings Loot website disappeared. This raises serious concerns about transparency and business ethics, and it calls into question the credibility of the overwhelmingly positive reviews displayed for Kings Loots products.
As it stands, I am uncertain whether my greater disappointment lies with the product, the inconsistent enforcement of Kings Loots return policy, or the apparent suppression of unfavorable customer feedback.
At this point, our confidence in Kings Loot has been significantly diminished. Unless this matter is addressed appropriately, we will continue to share our experience with everyone that we know so that they can make an informed decision before purchasing any products from Kings Loot.

Excellent experience from start to finish
I didn’t even know what Kingloot was until my son put a wallet from here on his wish list. I decided to purchase two, one for each son and they did not disappoint!! Both of my sons love their new wallet!! Plus the promptness of delivery was an added bonus!! Great customer service and I’d definitely order again!!

I also received a wallet, but it was not acceptable. I tried to return it for a money clip but they wanted to charge me an additional $148.00 for a less expensive item. I am no longer happy with this company. Beware!

Amazing service and product
The customer service is amazing and so is the quality of their wallets and phone case. I had to exercise their replacement policy for any reason and was amazed by the service. I only had the wallet for two weeks when it was destroyed after it fell out of my pocket and my lawn mower chewed it into several pieces. I sent in the pieces and now they are sending me a new wallet. Who has a warranty like that? Outstanding!!! Thank you Kings Loot

Kings Loot is a predatory business--avoid.
This company only offers returns for 30 days after you place your ORDER, not from when it is delivered. The return window INCLUDES the delivery time. If it's not what you want, you can only exchange it. And they CHARGE you $30 to exchange it.
Additionally their website is very unfriendly and constantly slips you from the returns pages to the purchasing pages. Infuriating for a basic leather wallet you could buy anywhere else.

Poor return process
I purchased 2 wallets on 11/28. My son chose a different wallet so I tried to process an online return on 12/28. They have a 30 day return policy. Though it was day 30, the online form would not accept the return. I emailed them the same day. No response. I emailed again on 12/30. Response was ‘Sorry- return window closed’.

THIS IS A MONEY SAVER!
I bought this wallet for my partner and she LOVES it! She had the hardest time with traditional wallets as the cash pocket is bulky, and the money clip feature on this one is perfect for what she needs. I know she also had a tendency to loose cash in her pocket so having this wallet is literally saving her money. Highly recommend Kings Loot!

If I could give a half star, I would because the customer service are actually the lack of customer service. The lack of attention to customers that bought this product is appalling

Buyer beware
I ordered and received a Chrono Quest watch as it was on sale for significantly less than retail....I paid $89. Got around to taking it out of its beautiful packaging 3 weeks after delivery and wore it for the 1st time only to find that it ran but stopped after a couple hours. I thought "that stinks..new watch with a bad battery".
I had the battery replaced for $20 at a jeweler thinking it was easier than sending it back yet the same problem persisted. Contacted customer support, no response for several days, wrote again and the response basically was its after 30 days and there's no recourse, seemed like a BS AI type of response. Also a sarcastic reply that there's no Lifetime warranty yet its only been a 2 weeks after the 30 day return policy. So, if I bought it as a gift for Christmas 2 months ahead of time and presented it...too bad, out of warranty! I also bought their money clip wallet because it was "on sale". It looks ok but honestly, I bought another brand for less than half the price 8 months ago and love it...just as durable and attractive. In retrospect, I would've bought another one of those as it offers much better value. Extremely disappointed with the watch and entire experience!

Scam DO not buy from this company. They allow you to make selections on their site they cannot process, then blame the customer. For your web site guy. Just put a RegEx on the input field for customizations to prevent this issue. Any junior developer could fix this issue
