Great product, and great customer service. They were so prompt with emails back.

I have received my cap in three weeks as I am in Australia. I did contact them and they responded quickly ,good communication. I have started using my cap ,so far I am happy with the product, hopefully I will achieve my goal. Quality off the cap is good, hopefully well worth the money as it is not cheap.

Came in a very nice package and easy to set up and get started.

I'm early in my hair re-growth, but the Kiierr 302 is really easy to use. The battery holds a charge for about 5 days. I use the 302 for 6 minutes a day, and I'm looking forward to getting more hair in my thinning areas.

I purchased the Kierr 302MD. The cap has been super easy to use and only takes 6 min/day, so it has been easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It was very simple to use out of the box. The battery is lightweight and holds a charge for 5-6 uses. I did not give 5 stars because the cap took a few weeks to arrive, and Kierr was not clear about how long delivery would take. Everything else has been excellent and it was easy to apply to my HSA account.

Great experince so far. I let Kiierr know I did not receive the headband and it was on back order. Then i received it about a week later. So far, great customer service! Too early to tell on how well this will work.

The item shipped when promised and came with simple easy instructions and a great box. Everything has been super easy for far.

Just received my cap and I'm positively surprised with the quality of the cap.

Purchased the model 272MD cap Jun 24, 2023 & received it July 2023; submitted a scalp photo (hair loss area) & wore the cap per the instructions. I had a previous cap (different maker) that had a fraction of the infrared diodes of the new, so was not worried about the money-back guarantee as was confident I would see results. Almost 1.5 yrs later, no noticeable improvement.
Emailed Kiierr customer service Feb 2, 2025 with original before AND after cap use photos; rec'd a reply asking if I was seeking a refund; I sent a Feb 10 reply stating I believe the cap isn't working properly & would like to have the cap tested and my callback number & availability; rec'd an email reply ONLY that "if it lights up, it's working properly" (a ridiculous assumption); called them March 4 (no person to person customer service when calling them) & asked for a callback.

To this date, I've never heard back from them.

I would encourage anyone considering red light therapy to check out hair loss clinics in person to confirm what tried & tested brands they use or recommend.

My shipment arrived on time.
All of the packaging that came along with the product was of very high quality which indicates that the company is not trying to make money on a quick basis & is committed to ensuring that their customers know that they are dealing with quality people.

Shipment was delayed but communication was good after l inquired, very professional and apologetic. l was pleased. Overall good customer service.

I bought one of their laser hats. It was too small for me, and for some reason wearing it made me intensely nauseous.

I asked if I could return it I was told I would have to use it for 7 months first (which of course I can't do since I could tolerate it for less than a minute).

The also asked me if I wanted to pay them another $300 for a bigger hat.

UPDATE: After 2 months I have finally gotten a refund, which seems to be entirely due to publicly shaming them here.
