Great Customer Service Experience
I would like to commend Jami who is in Sales. She was a tremendous resource to me in deciding which hat would be best for my hair loss. All questions were responded to if not the same day, the next in a thorough manner. She was able to tell me about the differences in the different models in easy to understand language. Products and Service are outstanding!
I have enjoyed my Kiierr Cap for several years now and experienced excellent results. Their service is also outstanding. I recently reached out to them when my battery was not holding a charge. They quickly responded and resolved my issue courteously and professionally. Even though my cap was technically out of warranty, the ensured my problem was resolved. From my personal experience I can say that not only are their products effective, they are a great company that really cares about customer satisfaction!

Difficult to contact
No one answers the phone. I left a message, no one returns the call.
I have to write messages to get discounts codes greater than on the website.
Higher prices than competitors for the same laser caps.

Kiier responded to my e mail in a timely manner. I sent them a description of my problem with my cap/battery along with a video. They offered a battery pack and a little care package for my trouble. The warranty covered the battery at a discounted rate. But kiier decided to cover it all, plus a care package. Kiier is very serious about customer satisfaction!

Better than expected
The product exceeded expectations with ease of use and a battery charge that always lasted longer than advertised. The hat is very durable after 8 months of use so far.

Fantastic Product With Great Results
Just over a year ago I noticed that my hair was thinning. After doing extensive research, I decided to buy the Kiierr MOdel-272 Laser Cap System and couldn’t be happier. Not only have I noticed that my hair has gotten fuller, but so has my family, my friends, and my hair stylist.
In addition to great products, the Kiierr customer service staff has been most helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Your package was shipped on January 28th, and FedEx has attempted delivery but was unable to reach you. It is currently being held at your local FedEx location for pickup. Regarding the BBB, while we may not be accredited, we are registered and maintain an A+ rating. Out of over 100,000 customers in nearly 8 years of business, we’ve had only a small handful of complaints (13 to be exact), and the BBB has always determined that we properly responded to each one.

Effective but Requires Patience!
I’ve been using the Kiierr Hair Growth for about amonth now, and overall, I’m pleased with my experience. The laser cap is comfortable, easy to use, and fits well into my routine. I appreciate that it’s hands-free, so I can wear it while working or relaxing.
So far I started noticing less hair shedding. It’s not an overnight miracle, but with patience and consistency, I can see improvement.

Shampoo and Conditioner
Fast response to inquiry regarding shampoo and conditioner and any changes to the existing formula for these products that were great as they are. I notice I lose less hair since I began using last year and they do not strip my hair color.

They don't provide any proof that the LED lights are indeed Laser diodes
First of all, the company never provided any evidence that the cap included actual laser diodes instead of just LED diodes. They did nothing for my hair growth. Secondly, Kiierr did NOT honor their guarantee claiming I contacted them only after 14 beyond the first seven months, when I spoke to them well before the end of the seven month period. When I took pictures of seven months of use with no improvement, they simply said you are past the guarantee period. Don't waste your money or time. It does nothing. If you wanted to buy real laser light diodes they cost roughly $4 each so for 200 alone that is $800 plus power supply, mold for cap etc... See their response for excuses.

We absolutely provided proof that our caps use laser diodes, not LEDs. Please refer to our email from May 13, 2022, where we shared this information.
Regarding our guarantee, we uphold the same policy for all customers, which includes a generous 30-day window to request a return. You received your cap on 8/26/21 and were eligible to contact us between 3/26/22 and 4/26/22 to initiate the process. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear from you until 5/10/22, which was 14 days past the return period.
We always strive to be fair and transparent with our policies, and we truly regret that we weren’t able to accommodate your request outside of the stated timeframe. If you have any further questions, we’re happy to help!

Thank you for your feedback. However, we must strongly disagree with the claims made in this review. Our products are equipped with medical-grade laser diodes, not LED lights, and we have provided proof of this to the customer. The statements about our technology are simply inaccurate, and we’re disappointed to see misinformation being spread.
As for the guarantee, we clearly communicated the return policy, which allowed the customer a 30-day window for returns after the 7 month mark (3/26/22 – 4/26/22). This customer did not reach out until May 20, 2022, which was 14 days outside that time frame. We ensure that we provide all customers a generous window to contact us to request a return. It is not "a day" as falsely claimed here.
We believe in the effectiveness and quality of our products, and we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction. We have found that consistent use of our medical-grade laser technology does help many of our users achieve positive outcomes over time. However, a small percentage of people may not see improvement, which is why we offer our more than fair guarantee.
We ask that this review be reconsidered, as it contains factual inaccuracies and unfairly damages the reputation of our business. If the customer wishes to resolve any further concerns, we encourage them to contact us directly.
