From the beginning there was clear and prompt communication. Jami H. was prompt and detailed and truly made this experience less stressful by answering all questions, in detail.

The customer service department answered all my questions. They followed up with instructions to make sure that I didn't overlook something in the instructions. Customer service was very helpful.

I've been using the Kiierr Hair Growth system with 272 diodes for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed with the results. I'm noticing less shedding. The helmet is comfortable and easy to use, just 30 minutes a few times a week. Definitely worth it!

I ordered an upgrade from a 272 to a 302 laser cap on 5/30…today 6/17 I have no product after sending in the 272 and receiving a we are working on your order email…since then 5/30/25 it has been 17 days no product and other than a we are experiencing delays from Allison in service on 6/9/2025 I have heard nothing…I emailed twice 6/16 and 6/17 no reply…I called service no answer and full mailbox which has happened before with the 272…I called sales no answer left voicemail no response…I tried chat on the website no agent found…there is no way to contact them other than the above and still no 302 laser cap…I am feeling ripped off at this point and will file a dispute tomorrow 6/18 if I still have no contact…or the 302 arrives…I am feeling this is a sham operation and $1400+ spent to date I deserve much better!…Dr. Robbins 267-566-0130…

I agree with John Martin. Most of the reviews are from people who are happy with the customer service and shipping. What does that have to do with whether or not the product works? People need to realize that these companies do what they need to do to get your money. These are probably the same people who believe whatever Donald Trump says, because he said it. And we all know how truthful he is, whether we admit it or not. I'll pass.

Overall, the purchase was super easy and received my cap and all the additional goodies within the estimated timeframe! Website is very informative and easy to navigate. The most difficult part was trying to decide what all items I wanted! Ended up getting the 302 MD cap as well as the face light… And received all kinds of goodies with it! Very excited to start using my new items and seeing results!

Very odd - nearly every review assiduously avoids mentioning the most important thing - does it work? I don't really care about anything else, and I would never give anything a 5 star review just because it shipped on time. Color me extremely skeptical.

A lot of people giving reviews seems to be fixated on speed of delivery and customer service. This makes me think some reviews here are dubious? Does the thing work!? Surely no one would care if it took 3 weeks to arrive if it solves an issue that can be incredibly depressing

The website is user friendly. Easy to find their research and confirm their claims. Product is easy to use and set up. Length of treatment is reasonable. Good rebate offer if needed. Took two weeks to deliver the product after ordering.
