I placed an order on 16/01/2026 and have received zero communication since no shipping details, no updates, nothing.
After checking the website, I found the “Order Update: Temporary Delays” notice. When you click it, it was last updated on 06/01/2026, stating orders would be back on track by 03/02/2026 and operations normal by 10/02/2026.

That’s the only information customers are expected to rely on with no direct emails or order specific updates.
he lack of transparency is frustrating.

Customers should not have to dig through a website to find outdated notices. Regular updates should be sent proactively, especially when delays are clearly known.

I’ve also noticed that reviews appear to be hidden or removed on Facebook, which only raises further concerns. If stock isn’t available, why are orders still being accepted? At the very least, items should be clearly marked as pre orders, with realistic dispatch timelines provided upfront.

This is poor communication and disappointing customer service. I’m still waiting for a clear update on:
• Where my order is
• When it will be shipped
• Whether the product is even in stock

Transparency and accountability go a long way neither is happening here.

Just as everyone else, no order, just an initial excuse of stock issues.

Since then, 2 emails sent to them and nothing in reply.

First ordered on the 3rd of January 2026, order took much longer than expected. I knew there were delays and a backlog but started to think I was scammed after weeks with no contact or update. Nearly 5 weeks later today (5th of Feb) I received my order! Lets just hope they work now! ☺️

Ordered weeks ago, nothing has arrived, no response to emails! Looks like $500 down the drain. Even if the product is decent if it ever arrives, certainly wouldn't be purchasing again!!

BUYER BEWARE - NO COMMUNICATION CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT. I placed an order Jan 6 and I still haven't received it Feb 3. They have an article on their website about scams pertaining to be them. At this point I would suggest that Keto Australia is the scam. I have contacted them several times I have heard back once. Nothing, zilch, zero since then. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TAKING ORDERS IF THEY CANNOT FULFILL THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER- NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

It would be nice simply to receive my order.

I was advised by Anne, your Customer Service Manager, that delivery would take place during the week of the 19th. We are now in February, and there has been no delivery, no update, and no follow-up communication.

I have sent multiple emails and also messaged via WhatsApp four days ago, none of which have received a response. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on your customer service standards.

At this point, my confidence in your ability to deliver has significantly diminished.

Zero communication on orders. Blame unprecented volume of orders, which frankly isn’t my problem.They have never stopped taking orders. Still nothing received after empty promises. Hope Fev knows he’s putting his name behind a fraudulent company!

They take cash, don’t process orders lie and then ghost you till waiting 2 months for first order and then they bill for renewal scam artist and the celebrity endorsements should be held accountable to as all liars

I placed an order on 2/1/26 and was charged $124.00. Despite sending multiple follow‑up emails, I was repeatedly told my order would be delivered “within the next week,” yet nothing arrived.
Today, 02/02/2026, the goods were finally sent, but the Keto book—an essential part of the order—was missing. In addition, my account was debited again for a further $99.00 without authorization.
This level of service is unacceptable. Please arrange an immediate refund of the $124.00 and provide clarification regarding the unauthorized $99.00 charge.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be purchasing from your company again.

Ordered early Jan, one reply from Anna saying it’ll go out week starting 19 Jan. no more correspondence so I’ve concluded this is a scam and have lodged with credit card company for non delivery and disputed transaction. Avoid!

Ordered bu dle for day and night gummies. Recived only one bottles, followed up after 3 weeks company said has not been processed and will be sent out separately. 4 weeks after still not recived, made numerous contacta to the company but no response what so ever. If there 0 star they would be one

ordered on the 6th Jan. received a few replies early on saying they were inundated and sorry for the delay. last few emails have not been replied too. this is starting to feel a bit scammy now

This was the single worst purchasing experience I have ever had. 6 weeks, no delivery, calls not returned at all, email replies all excuses and no refund without instigating a charge back!
