Placed order on January 6 have sent multiple emails with no reply and no order. Received Their service is shocking

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order like most people you hear nothing. No communication at all. It really feels like a scam. They have left me no other option that to contact consumer affairs

I can’t tell you what their products are like because I have never received what I paid for. I have sent three emails and a web form or several and the company just do not respond.
I have been waiting for 1 and a half months with no communications whatsoever to update me on the order. Do not use this company.

Ordered 18th January no delivery, no communication, no updates, emails ignored, customer service phone unreachable. Keto site update on social media states
"ships next week" no date. Why are products still available for online orders. There is no mention of preorder for potential new customers. Very disappointing as l have ordered many times in the past but the company has lost its integrity.

Ordered 30th Jan. Did not see anything on the website to indicate any delays.
Email order confirmed.
No email advising of a delay.
Reply to order email for an update...nothing.
Use contact form on website...nothing.

Then noticed banner supposedly dated Jan 6 saying they had delays.
Funny how now it says Jan 12 yet only appeared to have popped up the other day.

Even the wording is vague, "all orders fulfilled no later than week of 23 February" Does that mean we might get the goods we paid for weeks even months ago before Feb 23 or that is the week they ship?

Zero communication from the company following the initial your order is confirmed email.

I'm sure there is something in Australian Consumer Law about taking orders and funds without being transparent as to when you will actually supply the goods?

Ordered on the 23rd of Jan with express postage. Much like the others received zero comms. Reached out 13 days ago no response. Reached out yesterday no response. Called the phone their mailbox is clogged and I couldn't even leave a message. Just avoid this company. No respect to even communicate back.

Warning do not buy they will take your money and run.still waiting for my refund. No response since asking order place at the start of January. Been ghosted since. Very unprofessional.

Never shipped, never delivered. Never responded to any emails.

No info on shipment, countless emails with no response, so have requested chargeback. I suspect they are selling and waiting on stock, if that is the case, just let customers know. ie managing customer expectations, and I'm sure if done, most people would be prepared to wait if there was communication.

Over a month since the order was placed.
No communication, no updates, no one returns emails.

Service is terrible. Subscription renewed a month ago and still no product. No response to emails or any updates on my order. If you want good service don’t use this company. I paid for my order a month ago and nothing.

Patience has worn out trying to get responses or updates. If you want shitty customer service buy some gummies from Keto.com.au

Never receieved the product, been almost a month, poor communication, what a terrible company, im sure the product is shit too, Wouldn't recommend, you would be lucky to even hear from anyone let alone receive your product based on feedback I can see written

Order on the 14th Jan and it’s now the 10th Feb. Was told I’d have it by 9th Feb still not received and they are no longer responding to my emails. I don’t understand why businesses who don’t have the stock say it’s a pre order so you know there’ll be a delay.

Never received my order and now they aren’t reply to any emails. Scam company.

They don’t send products till 3-4 weeks after ordered. They sometimes communicate and offer sorry extras etc, then do nothing and completely ignore emails. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

As per below reviews,Ordered placed 20th January, received nothing , was promised delivery by 9th (today) no communication from anyone, if you don’t have the product you shouldn’t be selling it.
More money lost on scams for everyone involved.
Do not buy this product.
Then notice all comments on Facebook turned off.

As per all the 1 start reviews. Paid early January almost $300 and still have not received anything.

This site is a scam

Be aware, this company will take your money but do not send out the product. I paid on January 7th 2026 and my order has still not been shipped. They also altered my order(changed items) on February 2nd despite receiving a confirmation email on January 7th. I have sent several follow up emails, website help requests and even messaged them on social media. I would occasionally get a response advising my order would be 'priority processed in 1-3 business days' and I would receive a confirmation/tracking email once sent, however another week has gone by without anything further progressing.

Ordered in early Jan and items were meant to be express posted in 1-3 working days. 4 weeks later and still haven’t received any items and no responses to any communications. Appalling customer service for a first time user, especially when I paid close to $300 for the order :(

Still waiting for my order from 11th Jan tried emailing and calling not one response. Terrible customer service. Do not order with them its a scam
