Terrible. Been waiting 6 weeks took my money … If you DONT HAVE PRODUCT DONT SEEL IT …

Placed an order on the Early Feb & it wasn't posted UNTIL TWO WEEKS LATER !!!!

I have placed an order over 4 weeks ago, the Company is refusing to return any emails. So I have I have no idea on what is happening?? No updates on my order, stay away from this mob and run for the hills....

Purchasing products online should not be this hard!

Among the worst customer service I’ve experienced. No replies to emails for weeks and weeks and weeks. They guarantee orders will dispatch within 28 days. After this time expires and I still haven’t received my order, I lodge a dispute with PayPal and surprise surprise the very next day my order ships, with a generic “we’ve been inundated over the festive season we’re a small family run business blah blah” email trying to shirk blame for their sloppy customer service. Will not buy from again.

this by FAR the worse online pucrchase ever done in my life! order was placed and paid on 19th January 2026 and by 25th Feb 2026 still nothing. label was apparently created on 6th Feb but no tracking available on AUS post which tells me something is fishy. I have moved in the meantime and not able to change adress, which means i'll never get my product.

Worse company to deal with. Ordered 6 Jan, where I was supposed to receive a free APC gummies when ordering a larger amount, but now completely removed from my order. Plus you guessed it, order still not shipped! 6 Jan to 25 Feb and still NOT posted :0

Disappointed to have to give this company a 1 star rating. TERRIBLE experience. Sold a promo of 3 types of gummies with free express delivery and an ebook.

Delivery comes a month later minus 1 jar and the ebook link doesnt work. All responses to your questions are automated, refused to accept they sent the wrong order. Advise the product I did not receive was no longer supplied. No offer of substitute, no offer or refund and they lied to Afterpay saying I was lying about the delivery when I disputed it (thank goodness for the packing slip in the box!).

Order placed 4/2
Emailed on the 5/2 noting they have a backlog and will be back to 1-3 business days delivery after the 10/2
Emailed on the 16/2 noting they have no stock and maybe the following week….

Clearly can’t be trusted.

I have an idea stop selling it and focus on the customers that have already paid….

Do not order from them, should have learnt from the first order taking over 3 weeks to receive.

Scammers I haven’t received anything from them at all been almost a month no reply to emails messages on WhatsApp no calls answered nothing. Stay away save your money go else where

I have a similar experience to a lot of people at the moment. Waiting 7 weeks for my order, no communication from them despite repeated attempts by me through email and their online ticketing system. Comments I have left on social media have been deleted. I have asked for a refund, and of course this hasnt been actioned or acknowledged. Terrible company. I cant comment about whether these are useful to assist with keto as I never got their products.

Would rate zero if I could.

No update on delivery for over 30 days, just social posts apologising that emails not getting through.

Took me to lodge a financial dispute with my card provider to get an outcome and action!

Absolute joke, expect to only get automated emails back

It will be 4 weeks since I ordered.
I’d seen the Delay Notification indicated orders would commence as usual on 3 Feb, with dispatch within 7-10 days.
Now, the website Delay Notification says it was published 12 Jan, yet the information was sent to customers on 16 Feb.
Unsettling that the products are still for sale, the comments on social posts are all removed, and there’s no public accountability for large delays.

A big oversight that a company that provides nutritional support/dietary products isn’t prepared for an annual New Years rush.
Rude to provide express shipping, when there’s no product to express ship.

Absolutely shocking business. When you purchase a product, be prepared to wait for nearly a month before they create a fake label and say its on its way.

I ordered 6 weeks ago and still waiting for my order to arrive........if it ever does. The excuse is "we've had heaps of orders come in it will be shipping next week", the next week same excuse........still not arrived. the last two weeks no replies to my emails at all.

Bad business. Taking peoples money and not delivering and not responding.

Such a scam, don’t waste your time and money. I ordered and paid and it said express post.I’m still waiting Keto Australia. Over 9 days since I ordered, I have emailed them twice for a refund without a response. I have received marketing emails that I specifically selected I never wanted to receive at time of giving them the order which is illegal. Give me my $132 back and treat people better.

Completely terrible experience. Like most reviews here my order took more than a month and a half to be shipped and after reaching out in many different ways I got the excuse of then being overwhelmed by the amount of orders which honestly it shouldn't concern paying customers. If you invested in ads but doesn't have the infrastructure to deliver on that, it's poor planning and management on your end and. I'd strongly advise against giving these guys your money.

Placed my order on Jan 11.
A week had passed with no updates so I contacted and was told ‘dispatch during the week of January 19th’
This date passed by so I contacted again to be told ‘Your order is scheduled to ship within the next two weeks. You should expect to receive it no later than the week of the 9th of February.’
Well today is the 16th Feb and you guessed it, still no products.
Just like everyone else they no longer reply to my emails.
If you actually want a product, don’t go Keto.

A very poor customer experience. I ordered the product on 20 January 2025. They repled stating they would fulfil the order by 3 February 2026. At the end of that week, I did not recieve my product, and emailed them on 6 February 2026 on the status of my order. No reply or product recieved.

I will be submitting a complaint to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

This has the hallmarks of a scam.
