The order wasn’t delivered and after 28 days I have requested a cancellation and refund. All I have received is an automated email saying they will consider it. During the 28 day wait I also got to read their sad reasons for not being able to deliver. If this isn’t a scam it is the closest thing to it and there is nothing Australian about it.

6 weeks no product.
If you don’t have the product don’t advertise it.

Scam. AI communication. Do not purchase any product from this ‘company’ Tried to cancel order after weeks/months waiting, minimal to no communication from ‘company’, followed request for refund instructions sent to me, request ignored, order then arrived. Too nervous to go through the refund process incase my funds were not returned + returning the product. Taking product, haven’t noticed much difference.

Absolutely disgusting service
I ordered a month supply for a 6 week gym challenge to assist weight loss on the 1st of March.
It’s now the 20th and no product or communication.
A sent a request for contact and was advised that because of the high volume of inquiries there will be a significant delay in responding.
So I basically wasted $150.
If you can’t supply a product in a timeline that’s suitable don’t advertise a product.
Be very wary of dealing with this business.

They take your money for items that aren’t even in stock, with no warning at checkout. You’re then left waiting with no updates, and any emails you send go unanswered, making it nearly impossible to get clarity on your order.
The only “response” you’ll receive is an instant AI-generated reply that makes promises they don’t follow through on, including a $50 “apology gift” that never arrives. When you try to chase it up, you either get no response or find it’s “not applicable” anyway.
On top of that, the exact same products can be found elsewhere for nearly half the price.
Poor communication, misleading practices, and zero accountability. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered product in January, multiple emails sent. Finally received a reply advising order would leave warehouse in 2 weeks with a $50 gift. Finally received the item with no $50 gift (2 months after purchase) emailed again and no response.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT.

This company took 12 months worth of orders in a month ( their information) knowing they could not supply and fulfil orders for months and all the time misleading the consumer. Happy to take everyone’s money though. I received my order today after nearly 8 weeks. Several emails to them and only autogenerated responses back- you will receive your order within 2 weeks and we will give you a $50 voucher for the inconvenience. After waiting for 6 weeks I requested a refund twice only to be ignored then after a week a label was created with no tracking. This company knows how to get around not refunding your money although their website seems so legitimate and trustworthy and the audacity of warning people about scams!!!
I never received the promised $50 voucher for a future purchase but that’s ok because I would never order from them again anyway!!!

Buyer beware! Absolutely long delays in order being shipped. They seem to just update the website siting they had too many orders come in over Christmas….that was 3 months ago!!!!! Customer service….well there is none. Multiple emails sent just to get one answer with a promise of a $50 voucher in good will for the delay (well that was never provided) Order was placed and arrived over 4 weeks later. Even if this product works why would you reorder as the second order will probably take just as long to arrive. They have also removed any comments that are not what makes them look good!!!!!!!! Don’t buy unless you are happy to wait weeks to arrive……….

Same as everyone else. Ordered 4 weeks ago, not even shipped yet. First order took 2 weeks but this second order now no indication of whats happening. If you e-mail them you get automated response that they don't monitor their e-mails and you should read their policies on their website. Rather order elsewhere.

I purchased 7 weeks ago. They do not barely respond to emails and when they do it is a generic feedback. I requested a refund was offered an expedition with a 1-3 day tracking. It has been a week, now I receive an email stating it’s too late to obtain a refund due to it being packed. I truly believe it isn’t even coming. I am putting in a complaint

If I could give zero I would. My order has not been received after 6 weeks (ordered late January 2026, now mid March!!). I received emails about back log of orders and hung in there, but enough is enough. I then requested a refund and they sent an email about their cancellation policy and offered a $50 voucher. They stated I needed to wait a 14 day timeframe and then a 28 day timeframe. I responded that it’s been well over both the 14 and 28 day timeframes. I requested a refund and just keep receiving automated emails. I’ve now lodged a claim with my bank to return the funds. Complete frauds!! Your business is one that makes it so challenging for legitimate business to get sales because everyone becomes wary. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You may as well flush your money down the toilet, if you do!!

The worse online purchasing experience I have had. No delivery and terrible communications. I was genuinely concerned I would not get my $300 back as they were ignoring emails and there was no phone number to call.

Had to escalate to PayPal and my bank to get funds returned.

DO NOT TOUCH THEM!

Unfortunately I couldn't leave less than a 1 star review. They don't have the products in stock and when they promise delivery within 1-3 business days, this becomes 1-3 weeks. FALSE ADVERTISING. I WILL NEVER BE PURCHASING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

Ordered on 3rd of Feb and still waiting multiple emails to try find out where they are had one response 2 weeks ago stating they will be shipped in 14 days but shopify app saying waiting for details. Very poor customer service and shouldn’t be taking money till product is in mail out of pocket $300 if not received by end of week I’ll be reporting to fraud and scams department with bank

I originally ordered my gummies on the 2nd Jan . I had minimal correspondence from “Anna” in response to my questions regarding shipping. The answer was always “in 2weeks time !!!” My product was shipped a month later when a second payment was taken off . I was suddenly billed for a subscription!!!
Once I navigated the complex website and deleted my payment methods and emailed them AGAIN I have had no further correspondence ( apart from the general email saying delivery times are delayed )
I am still waiting for my second shipment ( the one I unknowingly paid for ) to arrive .
The funny thing is I started my keto journey without the gummies ( due to delayed shipping) and am doing well without them . You need to add 8 carbs per day when taking them !!!!
I do not recommend these gummies and/or this company .
Oh and BTW I know I will not get a refund as I have written a negative review as per their fine print 😡
