I ordered a dress on line on the 25th of March which didn’t arrive until early May. As it was too long I immediately emailed them to say I was returning it. Sophia replied to say she was only authorised to pay 28pc of the cost and that it would cost me £30 to return it. We had an almost hourly exchange of emails in which I pointed out their returns policy as per their website. Eventually, 3 days and many emails, she said they would refund £68 of the £80 cost and I could keep the dress (that is too long to wear). 3 days later I still don’t have the refund so I’ve asked my credit card company to invoke the dispute and refund process.
Still no refund by May 29th!!! Fortunately my credit card company has refunded the total amount

I ordered dresses from this company and they looked nothing like the photos. The material is cheap, the fit is terrible and the packaging was bad as well. I've now been trying to get a return authorization for 13 days to no avail. Do not order from this company.

I would never order from here they are terrible at responding to emails. I ordered the wrong thing i wanted a refund they said they sent my email to hr its been 72 hours and no response and there still sendin my order smh...

If I could give a minus I would. Obviously a scam website with really inferior quality. I ordered a dress which took weeks to arrive & the dress looked nothing like the one I ordered. I see it online now with another company these people seem set up- Bloomfield boutique so don’t order from any of them. Can’t get a refund as they just ignore emails. Do NOT buy from these sites!

you should be ashamed of yourselves. i ordered a dress and trousers. they came. horrible material, papery, nylon, rayon. the photos were lovely - looked like cotton and linen and pricr]es reflected that, youre obviously using sweat shops in china. its actually a scam. i wouldnt even give them away. do not ever send me an email as you did today barbara gekoski 0192633859901

I was sent the wrong $93 item. I wanted a white print dress and what I received is blue. After four rounds of emails including photos from my end, I was told the dress I received is the correct item! I event I was going to wear this is gone I want my money back! I cannot believe that will happen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,

Horrific experience. Try to return the dress that look nothing like the picture and with no tags. After 6 e-mails, still no return instructions. Lost $118.

Quality of product is not as shown and sizing way smaller. Trying to return and it has been a nightmare, currently they will only offer 30% of what I paid, and have been trying to negotiate over email...started out with 15% refund even though I asked to return it the day after I finally received it-which took 3 weeks and when I asked for a senior management to facilitate the return, no response...still waiting.

I would call this company Kelsey and Insincere as their website shows beautiful, quality items but my experience, like the others described here, was completely different. The loungewear I received was made of a cheap stiff fabric that wasn't worth the $115( Canadian) I paid for it. When I asked for a refund, I was offered a small percentage and told that sending it back would cost about $30 while getting the refund would take over a month. Each successive email I sent asking for how to go about sending it back upped the percentage they were willing to refund, topping out with their final offer of a 65% refund. I finally accepted that and am giving the item to charity. Lesson learned: do not trust this site or any other one that doesn't explicitly state complete refunds-- AND check re: verified customer reviews!

Compramos un vestido por 87€ en esta web y la experiencia ha sido muy mala.

El producto recibido no corresponde con lo que anuncian: la calidad es muy baja, la tela es completamente diferente y la talla es muchísimo más grande de lo indicado.

Además, la página no ofrece información legal básica (no hay CIF, ni dirección completa, ni teléfono), lo cual ya es una señal de alerta.

Cuando intentamos hacer la devolución, ponen excusas sobre “trámites internacionales” para alargar el proceso y no devuelven el dinero de forma clara.

En resumen, parece una tienda engañosa: lo que venden no coincide con las fotos y luego dificultan cualquier devolución.

Recomiendo no comprar en esta web.

dress took over 2 weeks to arrive and trying to return it (since it didn't arrive in time for an event) has been a nightmare. Know- they are over charging you significantly since trying to return it becomes a game of negotiation that includes upto more than half off and keep the dress

Ordered item , apparently not in stock now, was when ordered, trying to get a refund at moment which is proving to be difficult very difficult, be ware. Have received refund now .

They are a scam. Their website says you have 30 days to return an item if you're not satisfied. But if you're h out yo their email or by any other means they don't don't respond. A typical company that sells chinese items in the US. It's too bad that they give the Chinese a bad name. Be careful who you order from. If it say international don't order! I'll not order from this one or others again. I learned my lesson.

Ordered a dress and it didn’t fit. I immediately sent an email requesting a return. Followed up a few days later and then the negotiations started: 25% refund and keep the dress, then 35% refund, then 45% refund. I replied with a copy of their refund policy and said they should honor that. Next stop is complaint to my credit card company.

Just open a dispute with your credit card company.

I ordered a dress from this company. The dress was slightly damaged and it did not fit. On the website it says that they offer free returns. I have emailed the website twice with no response. This is very poor customer service. It makes me feel like this is a scam site. Buyer beware do not order from this company.

Shipping took almost two months. Once the garment was received it was VERY SMALL. I ordered an extra large suit and the pants had an 12” inseam. Is this meant for a child? Absolutely ZERO response from customer service and no way to return the garment. I am out $110

I was really disappointed and cross with my experience. The dress they sent was not the level of quality I’d expect for the price, but the real issue has been trying to return it. I followed their returns policy exactly, yet every email I’ve sent has been ignored. There is no phone number to contact them, and the website claims they are based in Madrid, though I can’t verify this.

I’ve now had to raise the issue through my bank, and I’m still unsure whether I’ll get my £89 back. My advice would be to steer clear — the item did arrive, but if anything is wrong, you may find you have no way of returning it.

Do not buy from this company! Design and construction of my dress was very nice, but it was too small. Trying to return, but only way to contact customer service is by email- no phone number on website. I’ve emailed twice for instructions on returning with no response. Apparently I’m stuck with a $114 dress.

I wasnt only disappointed , im really angry. this site has wonderful pictures on its website, pull you in and the merchandise is complete rubbish. the dress was made of some kind of papery material made from rayon , nylon/. on website it said linen. no label inside, no washing instructions obviously made in sweatshops in china. the 'linen' trousers were the same. and they werent cheap. an absolute scam
