I had excellent service with kcom will recommend kcom to my family and friends

The experience was unbelievable fast and clear. So easy to understand. The lady I spoke with was nice and friendly and talked me through the whole experience.

Every thing was done very professionally.

Why does 💩CON think 🤔 😕 people will stay with them when they are so bloody expensive and their service is a load of rubbish? The answer is you don't the MONOPOLY is gone and place a LOVELY LITTLE CEASE ORDER WITH BT they will get your number off 💩CON and CEASE their service and OPENREACH will install a BRAN NEW LINE and you can tell 💩CON TO GET STUFFED so do it now you 😀 😊 will save yourself a bloody fortune and never ever use these idiots again! Being a great service ,and nice to have somone you can understand at end of a phone when you do make a call .. They always seem to make you happy with your service you will receive .. give Kcom a try . although i would not give them a second thought if had to pay full price .

Charged me over £500 for an early termination fee. Had to move out of service area due to my job in healthcare.
You can try all you like but they are soulless and will just say you signed a contract. No light behind those eyes. Theres various articles online where people have tried and failed.
And the people moving in to my house have KCOM too so they’re essentially double dipping due to the monopoly.
Their cancellation fees are NOT reasonable and NOT capped.
A good life lesson at least, but if I can help even one other person avoid this predatory company I’ll feel better.
Ought to be ashamed of themselves- Disgusting stuff.

Also they make it look like they will be reasonable online by requesting details of your experience but it’s the same old spiel. Don’t be fooled

Easy to talk to staff,polite and easy to understand. Very efficient

Blake and Ellis both fabulous engineers with good technical experience. Went above and beyond to get me up running. They had to dig up my block paving in our new house which I was anxious wouldn't go back the same though didn't need to worry. Very friendly and didn't hesitate to help with the App and ensure I was fully up and running before they left. All the best James

The lads Blake and Ellis came out today and absolutely grafted their backsides off through rain and everything, left everything clean and tidy.. top lads top grafters would recommend to anyone

The 2 installation engineers were very good and worked in one of the hottest day and complete in 3 hours. and left it very tidy after having to lift block paving and replacement. Fibre broadband speed good and landline switch over in 48 hrs as informed

The main plus point for me was to be able to quickly speak to a human service team member without a lot of fuss answering endless questions set by a robot

The guy at KCom was so helpful and patient with me and explained everything to me in detail. He also took his time explaining and didn't talk at speed like some sales people do which makes it difficult at times to register everything that is said. But this guy at KCom was an exception to that rule.

I was put at ease by both the young receptionist on the desk and the engineer who explained everything in a way that I understood. The times for the broadband package installation and the switchover from my previous supplier was sorted before I left. I even got a message from my previous provider while we were talking. Very professional.
