Provided an excellent service the same day I called staff was very efficient and quick with removal and was on time ,excellent service and I will be recommending to family ,friends and neighbours.

Fast, efficient and good service.
Thank you

Very simple to organise, the team on the ground and the admin team in the office were very communicative, they took photo's of all the work when I wasn't there, they weren't phased by the enormity of the task and just got on with it. I had them on 3 separate days and they always finished ahead of time. I would use them again. Their pricing model is very easy to understand too and no complicated system is used. What they quote you is what you pay.

Responsive though communication via email, the team sent to remove the rubbish were professional and did exactly what the office told them, even the lady from previous booking was very humble. They also quoted the cost precisely. Highly recommend them to help you removing rubbish and bulky items.

They were extremely straightforward, friendly and efficient- I was in a quandary to get a bulky item removed next day and they were highly reliable as they turned up in a timely way and removed the item in a thoughtful manner. I would highly recommend them!👍

I sent a message in the morning to request rubbish removed. They came in the afternoon.
They worked hard at clearing the rubbish and were gone within 30 minutes of arriving.
Left everything clean and tidy. Will definitely use again if needed.

Really quick and efficient and friendly staff

I needed to rid of some furniture quickly. They came within an hour and did a very good job. Staff were very hard working too. Communicating with the office was also very efficient. I exchange a few messages with them on WhatsApp and everything was arranged in a few minutes.

Great experience. Really easy to arrange and both Anna and Stephen in the office super helpful. Very efficient and would definitely use again. Thank you

Easy to book - really efficient. Absolutely no nonsense. Did what they said on the phone. They arrived a bit early and I had to ask them to wait and they were fine. Came and efficiently removed three very large sofas. No hassle for me at all. Would book them again.

Timely, efficient - even with a last minute booking

Very quick and easy. Thank you. Would recommend!

Very quick and professional services Ozzie and his colleague Navid were very polite and efficient would use again

Excellent service! I couldn't be more impressed with these guys. Great customer service by phone, Whatsapp and email. They communicated clearly and promptly.

I contacted them around lunch time one day, they quoted and booked me in for the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised. I was given a 1 hour window which they arrived within.

Ozzie and his colleague were very polite and friendly, happy to remove their shoes, and overall professional but approachable (and a bit funny - in a good way).

They were especially careful not to scratch walls/doors or bump other furniture.

I was so impressed I almost wish I had more removals for them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and I don't do that lightly. Many thanks to the whole team!

What an amazing company
I needed a large fridge to be disposed of from my premises and came across this company online.
It was a joy to deal with them, Gigi from the customer service was extremely helpful and excellent communication throughout until they came and removed the fridge from my premises with ease and very reasonable price.
I would use this company again and definitely recommend them.
