Arrived as scheduled, nice people, decent price

Efficient customer service and collected our items the next day. We contacted JunkBunk after paying Croydon Council to remove the items which we booked 3 weeks in advance. They failed to collect them and we were chasing their Call Centre for over two weeks. The items were an eyesore for the neighbours and attracting antisocial behaviour but still Croydon Council failed to collect. JunkBunk dealt with it in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend them. I will be chasing Croydon Council for a refund after paying for a Service they did not provide.

Excellent firm! They arrived when they said they would, they knew exactly what they were doing and had the right tools so were able to dismantle the items which needed to be dismantled and were fast and efficient. They took all the items I had specified and the price was exactly what had been quoted, Couldn't have been more perfect.

Showed up half an hour later than the agreed upon window. I understand they may be busy but why bother giving yourself a time frame if your unable to do it?
Wouldn't have been too annoyed if they hadn't then asked for £100 more than quoted despite providing a list of items and photos.
The woman we spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Quote was provided quickly. Team turned up earlier than mentioned but that worked out well for us. They were efficient and moved the items quickly without making a mess.

Awful experience. They were few hours late than scheduled, and even tried to charge for more than what they quoted.

They didn't show up at the agreed-upon time, and then they even doubled the estimated price!

They quoted me a reasonable amount, but when they showed up to collect 5 hours LATER than the scheduled collection time, they tried to charge me DOUBLE the amount they orginally quoted.

DO NOT HIRE!!! 5h late and then suddenly quote increases double the price even after sending pictures and lists of items and then try to trap me into paying them as it is now the end of the day and i cannot hire anyone else. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! RUN AWAY!

We are absolutely not happy with how the office staff handled this. Their website states a king size bed and mattress removal is £100. I confirmed this price 3 times by email and it never stated anywhere in the emails that it would be just a “quote”. I told them three times it's a dismantled Ikea King (which by the way is smaller than a regular king size bed) and mattress. It was so light my husband moved it all on his own, and the guys that turned up even agreed it's a £100 job (they were great, hence 2 stars instead of 1). Suddenly on the day I’m getting calls from the office saying it’s £130 - despite not having asked for or seen photos of the bed and mattress.

Our neighbours were about to use this service and I've told them not to bother now. Didn’t even respond to my email and woman on the phone was completely unsympathetic.
