Pour le moment très déçu
Le 12 avril dernier, nous avons pré-commandé et payé une trampoline 12 pieds. Il était indiqué que l’item était en rupture de stock et qu’il valait mieux pré-commander pour réserver une commande qui devait normalement partir de leur entrepôt à l’a mi-mai.
Depuis la commande, nous n’avons eu aucune nouvelle. Nous avons téléphoné à 2 reprises afin de faire le suivi (en anglais pour faciliter le tout) et avons dû laissé un message sur la boîte vocale chaque fois puisqu’aucun membre de l’équipe de service à la clientèle n’était vraisemblablement disponible pour prendre nos appels. À ce jour, nous n’avons eu aucun retour d’appel. Là mi-mai approche à grands pas…
Pire, on a reçu récemment un sondage de satisfaction dans lequel ils reconnaissent que rien n’a été livré mais ils nous demandent quand même de donner une note de satisfaction globale pour la transaction, la facilité d’utilisation du site, etc.…je comprends maintenant mieux les notes!
Nous attendons notre trampoline avec grande impatience depuis maintenant près de 2 mois et le site indique toujours une possibilité de pré-commander avec une livraison qui quitte l’entrepôt à la mi-mai…
Nous sommes aujourd’hui le 10 mai 2022 et on espère avoir rapidement un suivi d’un membre de l’équipe du service à la clientèle. Merci.

It has been 3 weeks and I am still…
It has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my trampoline. They have many excuses. I have called many times and they are not proactive, just constantly apologizing but not getting me the trampoline I paid for. How complicated can it be to deliver a trampoline?

The trampoline arrived sooner than…
The trampoline arrived sooner than expected and it was quite east to set up. The only “tough” part was inserting the vertical supports into the sleeves for the netting without ripping the strap off.
The kids love it and we have been using it everyday.
Overall very solid product / experience.
