Excellent service. Produit de qualité et durable. Quand nous avons acheté, le trampoline était en rupture de stock. En 3 semaines et demi nous l'avons reçu et a été livré dans 3 boîtes séparés et bien rangées. Instructions d'assemblage bien expliqués dans le manuel et bien imagés. Impossible de se tromper lors du montage. Le filet de sécurité est de bonne qualité. Le tissus extensible est très solide, je suis persuadé qu'il ne va pas se déchirer facilement. Aussi, le fait de ne pas avoir d'espace entre la toile rebondissante et le filet, comparativement à d'autres compagnies, ça évite que les pieds ou les bras des enfants se coincent entre les ressorts métalliques. Toute la famille l'adore. Nous sommes tous très satisfaits, autant les adultes que les enfants.

When we ordered our trampoline it was out of stock but within a few weeks we received, very quick. We also received emails on the progress of the availability of our trampoline.
We ordered a basketball net and that came damaged so I emailed customer service and within the hour got an email back stating they are sending us a new net free of charge and we were able to keep the damaged net. Very quick replies from customer service and we are very happy with the durability of the trampoline, very well made.

Received the trampoline within a few days only, it was shipped in three boxes, no missing parts. It was a bit tougher to put together compared to other manufacturers but that was because it's a solid product, very well made. Definitely worth the investment.

Love this trampoline. So bouncy. Lots of fun for all. Surprisingly easy to put up. The hardest part is the mesh net. So glad we went with the 15. Worth it.

We broke a part when we assembled the trampoline and customer service went above and beyond to help and replace the part.

I only suggestion i would had is to be more than 2 people to build up the trampoline and if its possible ad an extra tool for the spring for the larger model

Great trampoline. Kids absolutely love it. Very happy with the purchase. Straight forward instructions. Had to set it up by myself which took longer than it would of with two people. But still easy to follow along. Would definitely recommend. Thanks jumpflex!!

Obviously you can buy a trampoline much cheaper then jumpflex but the quality of this one can’t be beat! The bounce is 100x better then the old ugly blue ones. I bought the 14’ with the basketball net for my 8&4 year old and even my little one loves to score! The netting around it is thicker and sits away from the trampoline. The ladder is kind of meh for me but my husband built a wooden staircase that allows them to sit and do their shoes up. This is a great option between springfree and Walmart.

Fantastic trampoline, excellent instructions easy to put together.

Arrived quickly and as expected. Easy to assemble, my 9 and 11 year old kids were able to follow the instructions to assemble it with a little guidance. Took about 4 hrs. Lots of fun to jump on. Appears to be good quality.
