I purchased a 9.99 coin pkg and also spun the wheel and won ten dollars which was never credited to my account and emailed customer service 3 times and never received any answer or closure so far can't say I like this platform one bit.

This is by far the BEST platform I have used. Redemption happens in less than an hour, despite what others have said. I have won several jackpots and never had an issue redeeming.

I purchased a 19.99 pack last night spun the wheel and it was for 20.00. Well it won’t give me my 20.00 it keeps saying error code. I reached out to support still no response. Your site says 24/7 customer service. I am disappointed in jumbo88 as I have never had an issue with you before. Can someone please credit my account for what I paid for or refund me. Its hard to when and on the spins you pay a certain amount it says you can win upto you dont you only win what you spin and your not winning it your paying for it

The 7 days that you check in for 2 months straight I've only gotten 40 cents. They advertise that it's a dollar..it's not. I will no longer be purchasing from this site. because I know that this is rigged. For the first few months, I started playing on this site it was great….. but that didn’t last long. I stopped playing at this casino because I bought a little over $3000 one night then over the next few weeks it was a $100 here and a$100 there but I never won over $400 combined. So I spent about $5500 and didn’t win over $400, That’s crazy. The RPT on the particular game I was playing was something like 96% so you could see how that would be impossible unless I was being scammed!
