I have tried to redeem my $300 winnings but every time I push the redeem button it says "We ran into an error checking your redeemable balance. Please refresh the page."
Which I tried to do several times and even tried to log in and redeem on different browsers and even tried going incognito. But it keeps saying the same thing every time. Then I decided I would just try to buy a package to see if that would help out with the process. But every time I even try to do that it says "we couldn't get your profile information"
Is this another phony site? I was really enjoying it and would love to give it five stars and a great review but until I'm able to figure this issue out That's not going to happen. I will update this later if anything changes. But I will write another one star review if it's not taken care of. Please and thank you 🙏

I made 2-$9.99 purchases that each included a wheel spin I hit $10.00 on both wheel spins and wasn't credited for either one.

I'm giving them 1 star Zero if i could. I did my verification and it says I'm all verified and purchased coins. Then when I went to play it says need to verify email. I've requested the email verification in at least 15 emails to them. Emails they say they will get back to you in minutes that's not true. As far as I'm concerned until they fix my account they are nothing but scammer
