I ended up with a balance of just 0.02 SC. Not close. Not even in the same ballpark. The $384.73 went in and effectively disappeared.

When I raised concerns with support, I received boilerplate replies and then silence. For a site that advertises "no purchase necessary" and exciting chances to win, this gap between the marketing and the lived experience is enormous.

I won 800$ on this casino I redeemed well over a week ago and my withdrawal is still on pending review would not recommend better off going to a highly vouched casino disappointing.
