Wasn’t easy to get through on the phone so I left an email and the owner rang me shortly afterwards. I asked him about HDMI cables and was able to negotiate a great deal for two Chord cables.
Better still, they were delivered the next day for free, so very happy with that.

Ordered an Ortofon cartridge online from Joe Audio. Still had received nothing three weeks later. The package was tracked but just said pending on the app. Tried to contact someone at Joe Audio to chase it up via email with no response whatsoever. Made several phone calls. After a few attempts someone did eventually call me back to explain the package was being held due to a surcharge fee needed to be paid because under payment for postage. They paid this and I received it a few days later.
The cartridge is great.
Just a shame their customer service wasn’t a little more proactive.
