I got a great job through Jobrack 8 months ago - I'm still working for the company I found with Jobrack and I couldn't be happier. The whole hiring process took about 2.5 weeks. I messaged the hiring manager on LinkedIn with a question I had and they were very friendly and helpful. I applied for two jobs with them and was contacted right away and asked to do some test tasks. When they found out that I got the job with one of the two companies, they sent me a congratulations email and asked if I still wanted to pursue a job with the second company. I already recommended Jobrack to some of my friends and would recommend it to anyone.

These guys are the best. They are so committed and ready to help you with any question that you might have about the hiring process. I highly recommend this website if you are looking for a really good job! ❤️

I found the best job someone can ask for through JobRack and I'm really happy with their work. They are always in touch with you, and once you create your profile on their platform, they will reach out to suggest open positions that fit your skills. The hiring process was smooth and straightforward. You'll probably be asked to fill out the form, then record a short video and the call with the employer is the final step.

This the the worst company and website for find jobs. I have been trying for over a year or more to find a job here. I have done a lot application and i went through a lot test. At beginning i was thinking is normal to get rejected. In one of my applications i got it and the company disappeared and after 2 weeks they told me “ oh we choose someone other from Africa because was cheap”. I did a lot application i went till last round and with not success , for position that i was a perfect fit. It was weird and i start doing some research. I start checking who got the position i had applied till now and who was the hiring manager form Jobrack. I found out that for a lot position that need a senior, some junior got that. And the most interesting part was that if the hiring manager was from Serbia, someone from serbia got the role. If they are from Macedonia , someone from macedonia get the role. I saw a guy that work as a company and they gave him few role at same time. We are all in a difficult situation and everyone is looking for a job. I belived Jobrack was fair in their hiring process but now i see it with complete different eye. Im very disappointed that i lost a lot of my time with a website that is very racist in their choice and go with favorites based on their origins. Im sure no one of my applications went in the company hands. Dont lose your time with jobrack .for all that i wrote i have prove that easily i can share everywhere.( recent update- i just contacted one of the companies and they told me they never got my cv or application. I was in the last round and jobrack was telling me wait for the answer from the company. omg such a big liars. This only confirm more everything i found out about them)

Don't trust them, don't waste your time.
I was contacted by one of their "recruiters", John Sutton on LinkedIn. The first thing that was suspicious for me is his profile picture - black and white, he's wearing sunglasses and a hat. The impression is that he's hiding his identity. The message was are you interested in this and this position. Then I received a mail from another employee of Jobrack -
Martin Tosevski, but there was no job description, just a link with a stupid video, recorded on the street in London. The message was: we're not liars, we're not scammers, you see Big Ben, you see the Parliament :))). I wrote a "RE" message to
Martin Tosevski , to ask for the job description, but I received a mail delivery system message. Then I decided to check the company here and read the bitter experience of other people.

I do not recommend this website. Their recruiter Sandra Petkovska, reached me to apply for job and she scammed for free work, by completing their ‘test’ with 100% rate and never reached me again.

If you see this person as recruiter, you should avoid doing any bussiness with it.

One of their Sofia-based recruiters led the whole process between me and a potential employer.
Waited for 3 weeks for any feedback.

Eventually, I had to ask about what happened to the job opening. Already spent hours filming myself answering their questions, and answering 5 other technical-related questions in a Word file. Some of them included explaining entire strategies, which is basically illegal in most companies.

They already gave it to someone else, but haven't closed the application process yet.

When I asked as to why I wasn't chosen over the other candidates, there were some sarcastic comments from the recruiter. Very unprofessional.

I keep all emails for proof and finally canceled my account this morning. It was a mistake trying to find a decent job (with an Eastern-European salary) using this platform.

Wouldn't recommend them in the world.

They continue to send me emails even though I replied that I am not interested and I want them to delete me from their database. I wrote to their support email, I wrote to someone on Linkedin that is the manager or something, there is no unsubscribe button. Supper spammy, I block them everytime and somehow they still send me potential job offer emails.

Exploitation platform. Its purpose is to provide plenty of free work in form of 'test assesments' as thrird step of the selection process which requires 5h-8h of competent work after which you will be informed that you are not that competent for the same company to pay you to do those exact tasks. Do not waste your time.

The requests for free work are indeed very sketchy, it makes you wonder who is at fault here, JobRack for enabling clients to take advantage of it or the clients themselves.

Either way, there is definitely something fishy going on here as JobRack becomes extremely pushy about "finishing your interview" and as the poster above me noted, they never get back to you.

Until proven otherwise, this is definitely a scam and I haven't heard of anyone getting a real job here.

This is one of the worst job sites ever. The jobs you can find there are very poorly paid, and to make matters worse, you have to go through a complicated application process. This is only used to do free work for those looking for workers. You often don't even get an answer when you apply. Don't waste your time on this site.

Fantastic place to find work with compete rates for your job unlike of lowballers on some freelance sites like freelancer.com or fiverr or something very similar to those one. Can you really believe that thing or matter absolutely? I landed some gig there.
