P. S. I see some people here complaining about free test work. When I applied for tests, they were presented by employers. So probalby your test, and response time /rate will depend on the company you are applying to, and not directly from JobRack, they are trying to help.

I had a great experience using Jobrack as a job seeker. The platform is easy to navigate and the team always provides excellent support throughout the hiring process. I highly recommend Jobrack.eu to any skilled remote workers or remote-first businesses looking for talented individuals.

I was first reached through LinkedIn by Jobrack for an open position and did a quick application that didn’t take much effort.

The details for the job were all very specific even specifying the compensation range which is not that common.

The process lasted less than a week from submitting the application on Jobrack to the introduction video and the final meeting with the client.

I received an offer 1 days after meeting with the client and it has been my best job seeking experience to date.

I am still working with the company even after 18 months and it has been a great experience. I keep recommending Jobarck to all my friends and some of them as well have had great experiences (not always resulting in landing a job but the process has been smooth).

I would highly recommend Jobrack from my personal experience and to this day I check it weekly to stay updated with salary ranges and market trends.

In these days when Upwork is a really difficult place to land a job, and Toptal and similar sites are not taking in on new users (or have a very difficult process without any real relevant tests but you need to be a math profesor in order to finalize it), I was lucky to stumble upon this great site!
Jobs are coming in on a weekly basis, and allows you to get insights on the jobs positions, what is exactly company is looking for. I had a 3 interviews and done tests within a 2-3 weeks timeframe and after that I landed a job in a US company that is really a nice place to work for :)
So, you need to spend some time on it and handle the interviews, but it will not be a time lost. After all it depends on the company seeking a developer, and not the actual Jobrack team, they just connect you with the companies.

Good thing about Jobrack is that it does not test you right away with some random tests, but you get these to work on it before an interview based on desired skills. I like that it actually really test the skills with a real life (or should I say "real project like") tests, unlike some other job boards, that look like a person that never had a developer job created it.

If someone was unfair to you or offensive, please, report it, they will take care of it. If you don't hear back from a company, it's okay. They might be busy, might not be the right fit for you, but, please, reach out to JobRack, they will take care of it and ask the company one or two more times.

Jobrack is a waste of time! They ask for unpaid work and ghost you. Avoid them!

A few months ago, I found out about Jobrack and decided to give it a try. The site looked legitimate, and they had some promising job listings. However, after reading the reviews online, I realized that there were a lot of bad reviews about the company. Despite this, I decided to take a chance and trust them.

Big mistake.

Here is a recap of their process:

After you set up your profile and apply for a job, you have to fill out an extensive and detailed application, record a video introduction, send your resume and work portfolio, and then wait for weeks for the employer to review your application. This part usually takes about an hour or so of your time already.

If the employer is interested in your application, they will ask you to complete unpaid test work for about 3 hours or more. Their excuse for asking for free work is that it is a test with an imaginary scenario and that the business does not have any intention of using your work for business purposes.

However, this makes no sense. You are asked to do work for a couple and on every other site it is compensated. They are using this as a catch to attract more flaky clients to use their services saying they can test you as much as they want and have to obligations towards you!

After you submit your test work, you will have to wait weeks or even months to hear back from the employer about whether or not you will be getting an interview.

They are not doing any background checks on their clients aka employers. In my experience, they were very bad employers, which makes their company sound good but they are very cheap, arrogant, don't know how to run their company, and are just weird scammers.

One of them even asked to scan all of their online presence and create a marketing campaign and strategy for them to grow their audience and get more sales. FOR FREE! and they were going to use it for their business purposes. So there you go, even their excuse that the deliverable is not going to be used for actual business purposes is fake.

It usually takes about 20 hours of work and effort to get to the interview stage, and the employer will not even have the decency to tell you if you are not hired.
They will just ghost you and not care about all of the work and effort you've put into the application process or ask you for even more test projects to prove your skills.

Jobrack is simply a company that pretends to help you land a job, but they are actually just selling freelancers as cheap labor that they have no obligations towards.

They are a scam, and you should avoid them at all costs.

Please read the reviews and trust them and don't make the same mistake I did! It will cost you a lot of time, you will be working for free and you won't get a job!

I'm not a new freelancer, I've been doing this for years now. I'm top rated plus freelancer on Upwork and this is friendly advise to not waste your time and get scammed.

My Unfavorable Experience with Jobrack :

1. Unreliability: My interactions with Jobrack have led me to believe that they cannot be relied upon. Their consistent unreliability was evident across various stages of our interaction.

2. Irrelevant Emails: I constantly receive spam emails that have absolutely nothing to do with the job I'm seeking. This not only feels unprofessional but is also incredibly annoying.

3.Cumbersome Job Applications : The application process was unduly long and tedious. Filling out the application took much longer than it should have, and the whole process felt disorganized, further diminishing my trust in their service.

4.Time-consuming: Instead of facilitating my job search, they seem to have made it more time-consuming than necessary.

5.Lack of Responses: After investing time and effort into filling out applications, I expected at least some feedback. However, for some of my applications, I received no email response whatsoever, which is very disappointing.

6.Meeting Mishaps: After spending half an hour completing an application, we set a meeting. They failed to show up as agreed. To make matters worse, they sent me a Calendly link for just a 15-minute call. If a company is hiring, it doesn't make sense for me to first talk with them instead of being directly connected with the potential employer.

It's worth noting that my experience with Jobrack wasn't always negative. About three years ago, they were efficient, and I even secured a job through them. It's disheartening to see such a decline in their service quality and responsiveness over the years.

My recommendation would be to avoid them and seek more reliable alternatives.

Stop disturbing, with so much despere, I will never use your services.
