Buyer beware. I asked a reasonable question about a promotion Remote Leverage was advertising and was met with attitude, pressure tactics, and zero transparency.

The onboarding manager became rude, hung up on me, and canceled my onboarding because I wouldn't blindly put my card on file without getting a clear answer. Extremely unprofessional. Lost a customer over what should have been a simple conversation.

My experience was great. Remote Leverage team will continously send you to interviews that mostly matches your skill set. Although I had an experience being mismatched for a bookkeeper role, but I took the interview anyway. Another positive note is that the Remote Leverage team is reaponsive with questions about updates and inquiries. I got hired as an Executive Virtual Assistant and the process was fast and smooth.

I interviewed with them from El Salvador. The process was smooth and fast, the recruiter, Andrea, always provided clear expectations and instructions so it helped a lot to be more relaxed and to connect with the client. Overall they're willing to help you get a job with a client and find the best fit for both so it doesn't feel like you're interacting with a robot. I loved how fast things moved and so excited about this new role :)

I’ve had a very good experience with everyone at Remote Leverage, unfortunately had an offer that fell through before but now I just signed my second one and very excited to continue in this journey. I’m currently waiting for my onboarding and to know all my next steps to take!!

The process is smoother compared to the others. Once they have all the info that they need from you, you wouldn’t have to fill out endless forms with redundant questions and spend time to record and submit videos/audio recordings, to eventually not even hear back. When they find a client for you, you get interviewed right away, if it’s a no, then it is, if it’s a yes, then you get the offer, and endorsed right away for onboarding. No beating around the bush. Although, it does take some time before a client matches your resume, for me I think I first applied in Remote Leverage last year, and not all applicants can wait that long. But in my case, the timing is right, and the senior recruitment manager was very helpful in making sure I would know the simple things that matter in an interview before I was forwarded for client interview. He made sure I’m comfortable and confident, and I haven’t really expected for him to be THAT kind and supportive when he didn’t have to. We need more people like that in this field.
