It's been around 2 months into my new role, and I was able to get this job with the help of Jobrack. I had a few rejections in the beginning which was a bit frustrating but finally I landed my remote Job in 2-3 months. The process was smooth and the recruiters at Jobrack was really responsive and helped me during onboarding. I would specially like to mention Chelsea Daniels, she did a great Job for me.

They used my 'Test Project' as a way to get free work done for them. They then use my 'social post designs' as free content. As soon as the final project is sent in, they stop replying. SCAMMERS

This is my experience with the platform JobRack. First, I want to highlight the recruiter, Chelsea, who is such a kind and supportive person. She helped make the process less stressful, which is a big deal since job applications can often feel overwhelming. Chelsea was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

While I agree that the hiring process might take a bit more time than expected, I’ve successfully secured both my previous job and my current job through this platform. From what I’ve observed, many people face challenges because they apply to too many different jobs and positions at once. However, I believe that when you focus your energy on one role you genuinely want—and ensure you’re qualified for it—you significantly increase your chances of success.

For example, I applied to just one company and got the job. The same thing happened with my current role. Instead of finding someone or something to blame, it’s better to reflect, learn from the experience, and think about what you can do differently next time. Most importantly, don’t give up!

I think this company makes money by using candidates to come up with solutions for their clients through the 'tests" they make candidates take. No one has been employed via job rack, the positive reviews on here are identical and seem untrue. I had an interview and the lady seemed uninterested to do an interview which she was late for. It felt like a ruse to show they are doing something. This is a data mining company and they sell your ideas to their clients without compensating you. Do not bother!!!!

I’ve had three separate experiences with JobRack and unfortunately all were disappointing. They consistently ghost candidates, fail to provide timely feedback and never communicate updates about candidacy status. This lack of professionalism is both frustrating and unproductive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. Just time wasting.

I suggest that applicants stay away.

Expect a one-way video interview with no details where it goes, who will watch it, and what happens to the data you share.

Also, expect no reply to your email asking the questions above.

I do not recommend, my experience has been awful

To put it simply, I have spent a lot of time with them as the assignment they sent me did not contain enough data in order for me to provide the right calculations - yeah you may be smarter than the recruiters - that happens often. After I have informed them about their mistake, they sent me a new assignment which was a bit better but still quite idiotic as everyone smarter than with IQ 100 would see that there has not been enough data! I did my calculations and sent the assignment back, as I wanted to avoid chatting with them back and fort. After all that effort I have never heard back...Absolutely ridiculous and time wasting, with no phone number whatsoever where you could reach out to... What kind of company has not even a phone number? Avoid them at all cost!

What I find astonishing is that the CEO is totally oblivious to the all-time low reputation the company currently has. Instead of rushing to improve the work conditions, the interview process, or the candidate experience by working with at least semi-serious and non-fraudulent clients, he is rushing like your average consumerist American at a Black Friday Sale in order to respond to negative replies and what makes it even funnier, it results in nothing. That shows you everything you need to know about the company's prioritization strategy, this obsession with yapping (as the kids say nowadays) but in reality, accomplishing nothing. I actually spent some time checking their turnover rate on LinkedIn (median employee tenure) and it looks like either people can't stand working there or their hiring (ironic since it is a recruitment agency) strategy isn't working. Hope to see some changes for the better.

I was recommended for a position by JobRack HR, specifically by Ms. Jasmina Sandulovic, and the match couldn't have been more ideal. Ms. Sandulovic demonstrated exceptional kindness, care, and understanding throughout the entire process. Her precise guidance and provision of relevant information made me feel at ease, turning a potentially stressful experience into a pleasant one. I am immensely grateful for her support and assistance.

JobRack kept me informed of my progress during the interview process. The regular feedback was priceless as it kept me on point and encouraged me to keep my eyes on the ball.

you have to put in the work during a lot of interviews but it pays off
once you get a hang of it you easily go through them

but be aware that companies are usually hiring only 1 person and there are at least 50 people applying for the position at the same time

also i wouldn't apply for position that are open for longer than 7 days, only the ones that you see sooner, because it's a lengthy process

if you are not confident that you can be the best out of those 50+ people, then be careful what you apply for and where you put your time into

My experience was that I was very well qualified for all of the positions that I applied and I still got only the 10th job that I applied for

And got into the final stage about 7-8 times and got into top 2-3 candidates two-three times

So if you believe you truly got what it takes and you know you stand out always in your life by being the best at your companies, jobrack is amazing since it has really good jobs and you'll find one sooner or later

However, the hard truth is, if you weren't praised often that you were exceptional previously and the top 1 person, then just know that obviously that means that it's gonna be harder and that you gotta really step up your game if you want to have a chance at getting a job here and beating everyone else that applies

P.S. the people working at JobRack are good people, they try to help you if they see you have the potential and are always doing really good on interviews and test tasks, plus they are nice+helpful

Initially it seemed good. Many ads, many job positions were available, the job descriptions and the salary offered by the companies was decent.
Over the past 3 years I have applied to over 200 companies. The process is ALWAYS the same:
1. Apply by sending resume and filling applications which sometimes they are very extensive and ask a lot of questions - waste of time
2. Be invited to create video introducing yourself - each time you need a different one because wasting your of time is company policy
3. Be asked to do strenuous tasks even though most of the time the instructions claim that it would take 1-2 hours - it usually it takes 6-12 hours to do them properly - again wasting your time is company policy
3. You will be either completely ignored, informed that the position is either paused by the company, the CEO changed their mind about the position, or they miscalculated the budget and now they don't have the funds for the position. And sometimes it takes a couple of months to hear back that my application was declined/someone else was hired or I never hear back. HOWEVER, the ad stays up and sometimes they post new one about the same position. Again colossal waste of time.

This is very unprofessional and these CEOs and companies need a more serious approach and JobRack needs to check these companies before posting their ads and waste our time. But they won't because they charge them $250+ per ad.

It is a huge scam! They artificially inflate the job offers list because they post ads from everyone and their uncle so the site looks like there are a lot of companies looking for employees when in fact none of them are serious business. These CEOs have no idea what they are doing, they copy paste ads from older ads, post some lame company culture values and think they did a great job.
In fact, if you want to avoid bad companies stay away from those that post ads on this website.

I unsubscribed and blocked couple of their addresses but I keep getting invitations about "new" opportunities. Some ads are over year old.
Just remove me please.
