Jobrack is a deceptive platform that can derail your career aspirations. It's appalling how unresponsive the recruiters are, they seem to consider it beneath them to acknowledge potential candidates via email or LinkedIn. Branislava, Martin, and Sandra, the individuals behind Jobrack, should feel ashamed of their conduct.

Some acquaintances and I, with a modest background in internet fraud analysis, have repeatedly faced rejection from Jobrack recruiters for positions we are clearly qualified for. This prompted us to conduct a brief analysis of the platform. Firstly, it's evident that many of the glowing 5-star reviews are fabricated, likely by Jobrack themselves, to artificially boost their rating. Secondly, there are serious concerns about their data handling practices, and they seem to turn a blind eye to companies with dubious backgrounds posting job listings.

To the Jobrack team: as you read this review, be aware that a group of us has come together with a shared commitment to expose the injustices and scams perpetuated against candidates on your platform, as well as the incompetence of your recruiters. We will ensure that others are informed about our experiences. Our message will be loud and clear: Jobrack's mistreatment of candidates will not go unnoticed or unchallenged.

The platform offers different types of jobs and the application process is simple and here all the positivity ends. They are just losing your time. I am constantly applying for different jobs, they are even reaching me out with new opportunities but in the end I am always rejected. I am waiting for weeks for a simple answer, I have recorded so many interviews, I have done so many tasks and for some reason it is never enough. Some of the recruiters are taking care of your application but others are constantly ghosting you.

It is surely a scam from the way I'm seeing recurrent messages on the same culprit, Sandra Petkovska ghosting applicants and for my case it was after a 'paid' test where for almost a week I kept resending the task and also requesting I get paid for my task and instead got gaslighted into making it seem like I hadn't sent one on the original email, where I proceeded to do so and be met with a rejection email right after submitting. For me I wonder if these people think we're stupid or something. Nonetheless, I still proceeded to accept that outcome and request I get paid for the hours I spent working on the task - one I'd have definitely not invested my time on due to the length if I wasn't being compensated and what does Sandra do? She sends a second rejection email. Very unprofessional and as of now I don't believe this to be a reliable company I'm afraid. I've even reached out to support and been met with an automated response and silence. Jobrack for you everyone. Take note and stay as far as possible.

Their recruiter Sandra Petkovska is just not responsive at all, she doesn't respond to emails for weeks. Doesn't give any updates and just lets you wait. One time I applied the onboarding process was about 3 months(got to the CEO interview) and yet was still not selected.
I think it is due to the lack of responsive communication.

I gotta give props to this platform for hooking up folks from South Eastern Europe with gigs at Western companies. But, gotta air out some issues too.

First off, JobRack claiming they've never had an identity theft case is just plain wrong. I got hit with that myself. Next thing I know, there's a company in London doing imports and exports supposedly run by me. Sure, the CEO said they reported it, but I still had to jump through hoops with companies house and the authorities. So, I'm knocking off a star for that mess.

Then there's the application process when JobRack's handling it. Man, it's a drag. Fill out forms, record a video, take tests, chat with a JobRack recruiter. And after all that? Nada. Zilch. I haven't landed a single job through that rigmarole. But, get this, when companies handle their own applications, I've bagged a couple of gigs. Plus, it's frustrating seeing the same job reposted a month later. Tells me they're not getting it right the first time. Knocking off another star.

Props to Massiel though, she's the bomb. But JobRack needs to seriously step up their game.

The hiring process is pretty slow but that`s not an issue, the issue is that you risk to work and not get paid which is the worst thing that could happen.

I secured my last two positions through Job Rack, and I must express my appreciation for their unique approach to job postings. While their check-in process may be more comprehensive compared to other platforms, I found that Job Rack goes above and beyond to accommodate individual needs. It stands out as the only job site where genuine care for applicants is evident.

I particularly commend the interview process with Martin, which was remarkably relaxed and open. He patiently addressed all my inquiries. Despite a delay in response from the hiring company, the Job Rack team consistently followed up with me, keeping me informed throughout the process—an aspect for which I am genuinely grateful.

JobRack was such a great experience for me! Professional approach and seamless process, and the job offer came really quickly! It was my first experience with that kind of an international job platform and it left me amazed.
I need to say that everyone on the team was really helpful, ready to answer every question of mine.
The application and the process itself didn't take that long, there were a couple of necessary tasks and everything was really reasonable (well, hey, you need to put some effort into it to distinguish yourself amongst so many candidates).
The reason I'm writing a review (which I honestly rarely do) is that I was really surprised to see some of the negative comments here and it's not fair to confuse people who would like to give it a try, because I'm pretty sure most of them will experience a positive outcome! You choose the job offer that fits your needs and the salary stated in the ad (and everything else, after the selection process, is your new employer's responsibility) - so I don't see what JobRack has to do with it. Their role is to choose the best candidate for the certain position and to hold your hand through that process, and trust me they do it amazingly good!

You guys keep doing that great work!

An excellent platform with some solid options. You need a good profile and to have patience while applying, but your time invested will eventually pay off!

Recently had the pleasure of find job through the JobRack platform. As a WordPress front-end developer, I was looking for opportunities to grow my career, and this platform made the process quick, efficient, and incredibly professional.

Before I start, I have a question! Has anyone noticed the "Amazing and not fake at all" reviews they probably beg for through email?

Because that is so not obvious. I know they are hiring from Eastern Europe for the benefit of finding people who will work more for less money while they go for that cash grab so they can underpay their employees, but come on, give us Easterns a little bit of credit.

These five-star reviews are begged for by the CEO himself as he is trying to cover up the real reviews which are not so peachy-keen.

The long, tedious application process is exhausting, tiring, and quite frankly, it feels like it's been made/constructed by little children.

Applying for any job from the site is a long, hard-working process where you are required to complete a hard and overwhelming test for them to apparently "see if you would be a good fit for the role."

That is an absolute LIE, believe me. After completing the "Test" that has also been made by children, by the way, you have no idea if you even did it right or if they are happy with the results.

You will be scheduled with tons and tons of meetings for them to not even consider you for the role and act half-interested.

The person or the hiring manager or whatever, who usually shows up on the calls is easily one of the unfriendliest people I have ever met and you can easily tell that she is not happy with anyone she interacts with, including herself.

Now, I have also been very lucky to be told to stop applying on this site by a person who actually had been working there for a couple of years and no one is really happy in the company in her opinion.

The company allegedly consisted of mainly robots who were trained to be as fake as possible with clients and with themselves too.

Image is usually the one quirk that matters the most to the CEO as he wants to be presented as an "entrepreneur" and "fun to be around," but he is actually a very narcissistic person.

The team is great, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for you to get you a dream job. I am very happy with the service I got!

A few years ago, I got a nice job as a WP dev through JobRack. Everyone I met through the platform on several occasions and application cases was decent and helpful, from the screening interviews to the e-mails.

I do feel things could be better on the side of notifying people on when to expect the final status, especially on the side of the tests. And generally, UX can be improved a lot in terms of bridging job invitations with applicant preferences and focus points, as well as newsletter custom preferences maybe.
